Alex has carried out a few jobs (boiler service/repair, new raditor) for us now and has alway been extemley polite and efficient at a very fair price. Communication is excellent and would thoroughly recommend.

This is the 3rd year that Alex has serviced my boiler which he installed. He is always punctual and very friendly, he certainly knows his way around boilers. I would certainly highly recommend him.

We were more than happy with the job which was the relocation and fitting of a new boiler, including removing the old boiler and flue and making good where it had been. The work was done to the agreed schedule and price which we considered very good value. We were impressed with the neatness of the finished work. Everything about this Company was excellent. We will certainly go back to them and recommend.

We first used Alex 18 months ago to service our very old boiler. The boiler was inefficient and expensive to run and we had no hesitation to ask Alex to install a new boiler. The installation went very smoothly and Alex kept us informed as to what he was doing in simple layman's terms. He is excellent professional and you can see that he takes great pride in what he does. We would have no hesitation in recommending him and would certainly use him again.

I have called upon Alex on several occasions over the past three years to repair either central heating pumps, annual boiler services and fix glitches with our Honeywell Home remote control system....... and he has never failed to impress on every single occasion! He arrives on the dot of the arranged date, usually armed with spares should any be needed. One Friday I phoned at 9:30am (hoping I might get some emergency advice as the central heating had just simply shut down without warning) and maybe get some tips on how I might get it working again: he turned up 15 minutes later and replaced a jammed valve which cured the problem. Spectacular customer service! His work is always neat, efficient and very professionally carried out at very, very fair rates.....I can't praise him high enough. That he is thoroughly conversant with our somewhat specialised Honeywell control system is the cherry on the cake! Look no further.....ABCentral Heating Services is the place to go to!

Excellent service from Alex today. I had been told by another engineer that I needed to replace my boiler, so decided to get a second opinion. I’m so glad I did! Alex did a thorough service, cleaned everything out and now all working perfectly. Alex also takes the time to explain everything he’s doing, in a simple easy to understand way. I will not hesitate to recommend him to everyone I know and will certainly be using him again.

We have called Alex several times now for various gas related issues. Today he was here to service our boiler. He was on time and did a brilliant job, changing a few old parts and making sure our boiler is as efficient as possible. Alex is friendly, polite, professional and we will not hesitate to call him the next time we need his services. Highly recommended.

Alex took our old water tank out and installed an unvented cylinder in the loft. All throughout, Alex was professional and friendly. The work was done to a very high standard, Alex kept our house clean and made every step of the process as easy as possible for us. He explained things in advance, answered questions whenever asked and left us with enough knowledge to care for the water tank in the future. We're really happy to recommend Alex to others and we feel the work he's done for us matches what he would have done for his own house. :)
