I had 5 vertical sliders fitted last month. Douglas was extremely efficient with providing a reasonable quotation for the work (they are not the cheapest) and did visit again to discuss some finer details. Once we had commissioned the work, the process was very straightforward and on the scheduled date, the fitters arrived as promised and started work immediately. All the work was completed in a single day as promised. On further inspection, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the finishing on the bay window and spoke to Alistair - the company owner who visited promptly and instigated some minor reworking to ensure the finishing was made good at the earliest. This was completed to my satisfaction. It is wonderfully refreshing to see a family run company work so efficiently and more so I did not experience any pressured sales at any time during the process. Overall, I am very happy with the installation (and it was far from straightforward given that the property is a 200 year old Victorian building and they managed to remove the old bathroom window without any cracked mirrors or tiles) and would not hesitate to recommend their work. The communication following the installation to activate the guarantee, FENSA certification etc could be made clearer and the finishing could be better in the first instance if only they had spent a bit more time to get it right the first time round - but all in all I feel they did a great job.

Professional and very reliable company. The customer service was excellent. We had 9 windows and 2 back doors installed. The job took 2 days to complete to a hight standard. We had minor issues with the installation of one of the doors which got rectified a day after the issue was raised. Would definitely recommend this company.
