We provide repair services for washing machines, washer dryers, tumble dryers, cookers, ovens and refrigerators. In addition we carry out additional bathroom and kitchen services such as plumbing , units , extractor fans, toilets, sinks and taps, tiling and refurbishment.

Josh is a friendly, very professional serviceman. He got us into his schedule, he diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and had the washing machine working within another 20. He was up-front about the call-out charge on the phone. He could have been better on clearing up afterwards. He enjoys a good ol' chat.

Josh had a good look at our dishwasher and gave us good advice. He was friendly, even to the dog, and also gave helpful advice about a separate plumbing issue. We will definitely call him in the future.

Came at once, offered Sunday if needed. No question of you need a new machine, just set to and mended old washing machine. Call out and labour £75.00. He offered lots of advice on old tumble dryer and will. Very reasonable price. Excellent service, especially for busy, elderly women with husbands who don't do that sort of thing. P.S. He will also buy, fit new washing machine and remove the old ones.

Our washing machine would not spin properly or empty out although the pump and drum appeared to be working. I called Josh at 4 o’clock on Friday hoping that he would be able to attend the following week. He said that he that he was busy on Saturday so would Sunday be ok instead? I jumped at the offer. On the phone he was clear and pleasantly straightforward about pricing. He quickly discovered that the problem was a huge and horrible limescale build up in the outflow pipe and did a brilliant job clearing it out. He quickly had the machine back in action. He was honest, punctual, very efficient and gave good advice. His charges were excellent value and there were no hidden extras. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Thank you Josh for turning up earlier than you said you would, making lots of extra effort to work around my hopeless timings. And thank you for sorting out my dishwasher. Josh fixed my washing machine as well, about 18 months ago, and it's still fine!
