After a frantic call on a Sunday they arranged an engineer to come out first thing Monday to give me some quotes and by Thursday afternoon I had a new boiler fitted. Great job on fitting the new boiler, was shown how to use it and old boiler was removed for me. Quick, efficient and friendly service! Will definitely use again and would 100% recommend.

Darren came with no salesman pitch of other companies . He gave us a price and a lot cheaper than others but had read previous reviews and decided to go with his company. The installer turned up on time and did a great job couldn't fault his workmanship. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a new boiler fitted and our old one removed in September 2018. Glasgow Boiler Repairs responded very quickly to my request for a quote. Darren came to our flat and carried out an assessment and then offered us 3 very competitive quotes. The boiler was fitted in one day and the work was all completed in one day. I would recommend this gas engineer company on price and the quality of the work was very good. I also needed to ask them to come back because our room thermostat was not paring with the new boiler, but Darren responded within a few hours to my email and this was fixed within 24 hours.

This was an unusual experience - in a good way. First of all, it was possible to get an appointment without any fuss. (I've been used to un-returned calls or businesses simply not interested in domestic jobs). The engineers turned up on time the next day. (I've been used to appointments not being kept.) They clearly knew what they were doing, explained everything very clearly and all in all the service was - for once- totally standout. All in all, a really excellent experience.

From the moment I contacted Glasgow Boiler Repairs I was impressed by their friendly manner and efficient service. Angela replied to my emails swiftly. Darren was on time when he came to survey my property and he gave good advice on the type of boiler that would best suit my needs. Brian came and fitted the boiler on the day and time agreed. He did a fantastic job and removed all the waste. I will continue to use them for my annual service.

In brief, I am delighted with the service and was happy to have both Darren and Stewart working in my flat. I recommend them without hesitation. This was not an urgent job to replace an old boiler with a new Worcester boiler, but the job was done within two weeks of first making contact. The quote was lower than I anticipated and I think a good price for the job. They arrived promptly on the day and Stewart who did the installation worked without a break until the job was finished, leaving the place tidy. No tea and biscuits for him - offered but not accepted!! Darren Westwood prepared the quote and came at the beginning and end of the job. Both men were polite and friendly. Stewart tightened a leaky waste pipe in the bathroom and Darren also managed to locate the mains stopcock hidden behind a kitchen unit and made it accessible for me - I was very pleased about the extra services. Excellent service from quotation through to installation - Darren provided 3 quotes - switch from gas boiler to combi electric (flat) - team were efficient, knowledgeable, worked clean & tidy, no hassle or mess, fabulous job carried out by a great team & new boiler installed stress free. Had to have our boiler replaced as it had developed a problem. Phoned in the morning and Darren gave me a quote by that evening for. a very reasonable price. Work was done a few days later.The Engineer arrived promptly at the time agreed to do the work and had the job completed by late afternoon with no mess. Other companies who quoted me asked for 50% of the contract amount paid up front which I felt posed quite a risk. Glasgow Boiler Repairs accepted payment on completion, so no worries. Very good service and highly recommended.

I'd been very apprehensive about the expense and disruption of getting a new boiler, but had this company recommended to me by a friend. Darren sent me two quotes within 24 hours of assessing the job and I was impressed by the prices. Jamie arrived on time to carry out the work and was highly professional throughout, explaining what needed to be done, how and why. I needed a boiler serviced quite urgently before I sold a flat and Darren was so efficient and trustworthy, he picked up the keys exactly when he said he would, serviced the boiler, completed the paperwork and returned the keys, I received the invoice that evening for exactly the amount he had quoted.
