So pleased with the service and work carried out. Our old boiler sprung a leak and needed to be replaced. Jerome quickly and efficiently arranged for one of his heating engineers (Harry) to visit, survey, provide a quote and then return to install our new Vaillant boiler. Harry was brilliant. His work was clean and tidy and he treated us and our property with respect. I couldn't have wished for a better service and would highly recommend J Williams Heating Ltd (Jerome and Harry in particular) and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I phoned Jerome on a Saturday for advice and a quote to replace my old boiler which was leaking badly. He came round in the afternoon and answered all my questions and a quote duly arrived the next day which I accepted. 3 days later he started work. From the very start, he was cheerful, helpful (even bringing us a fan heater so we wouldn’t get cold in our living room) and hard working. His work was of the highest standard and he used good quality fittings to install our new Vaillant boiler. It was commissioned on Thursday and he gave us all the information we needed on maintenance and servicing and told us to phone him if any problems arose. He was professional, hard-working, and made no mess at all, or rather he was scrupulous about clearing up after he finished I can not recommend him highly enough.

Found Jerome from this website and also Checkatrade. He recommend one of your best buys- a Viessmann. The quote was reasonable. We liked him as a person. The installation went very well, including him fixing our old central heating system.

I mainly use this firm to service my boiler, usually once a year but occasionally more if it's making odd noises etc. + he's my first call for any heating emergancy. The first time he visited, Jerome covered his shoes before coming in the house without asking if he should, which set a great standard and was a first for me. Jerome is respectful and professional but also personable and we quickly built a good rapport and he earned my trust. The work Jerome has done for me is efficient, good value for money and in the years I've been a customer I've never had to call him back to a job with a problem. He's reliable: always been on time, well presented and sufficiently prepared - as in he has never had to run out in the middle of a job to go and buy something or take phone calls etc. Later it was Jerome who I trusted to asses the plumbing and heating of my house before I bought it. Most recently, my 5 year old Worcester boiler started to make a loud rattling noise, it was due for a major service in 2 months time. Jerome drove out and tested it, then brought the service forward and was back 2 days later with everything he needed and now its all better. In summary: I really can't fault J Williams Heating and I've found Jerome to be a great example of what I'd expect from anyone I have to invite in to fix a problem with my home, I highly recommend!

Jerome replaced our old under stairs boiler with a new Vaillant, moving it to the loft in a particularly hot July week and replaced 3 radiators. The job was fairly priced and from quote through to completion Jerome was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly with a keen eye for detail. His work was to a very high standard and he took great care to minimise disruption, keeping the house clean and tidy during the work. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jerome and will be using him to carry out the annual boiler service when it comes due.

Mr Williams was asked to install a wireless thermostat to my combo boiler. The quote was competitive and the work carried out on time and to budget. I will be using his services again.

This firm did a great job in replacing a shower that packed up through the lime scale in the water in our area. They researched the most suitable unit to replace the broken one with wireless control system and did not charge for the research and supplied the unit at cost price. The work was well done and Asa who installed it was very good company as well as being efficient
