Before selecting NSS for my burglar alarm, I did a lot of research and got quotes from 6 other companies too. I found the NSS quote competitive. All the companies I got quotes from installed Pyronix branded burglar alarm systems, and the equipment was more or less similar. But it was the customer service that set NSS apart. The main reason I selected NSS was because of the service and knowledge provided by the surveyor, Ash, who came to visit me and subsequently who I dealt with afterwards until installation. I'm very detailed and I have bombarded Ash with so many questions, via email, Whatsapp and calls, and he always gets back to me straight away, he is very helpful, knows his stuff technically and generally a nice guy. Ash is a real asset to the business and I would definitely recommend NSS. If you are able to request which surveyor you deal with, would recommend asking for him.

NSS have now carried out a number of installations for our company. They have bent over backwards to accommodate our needs and are constantly there to guide, help out and advise. I wouldn’t use any other security company going forward as they cannot be more helpful and professional...brilliant company and wonderful people and they are hugely competitive...I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Vin & Co from NSS were instructed to fit CCTV and a security alarm system at my newly purchased home prior to me moving in. Honestly, best decision I had ever made. They set up all the cables whilst the house was being gutted and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Not only polite but highly professional and honest. Completely transparent and always there to help 24 hours if something goes wrong. This is the peace of mind I needed. The icing to the cake is that they are all just so friendly. I would highly recommend them, their service for installation through to aftercare is second to none. Tech guys are amazing! Thank you for making me feel safe and working with me since mid last year! A professional company with excellent communication skills from initial sales enquiry through to completion of work. All staff were diligent and informative at all times. We were treated like individuals and our needs were listened to at all times. Engineers were tidy, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to have in our property. The aftercare service has been impeccable too. Price and customer service are a great match! We would definitely trust and recommend NSSG team!

I have been with this company for a few years. I know that I will definitely change alarm companies next year. This company started out as great value for money however I had a problem last year where they failed to detect that my alarm was not working correctly for 6 weeks which would have been a breach of my home insurance policy. To resolve this, I had to pay for an upgrade to the system to avoid the fault reoccurring - therefore the solution cost was passed on to the customer. You are only allowed one free maintenance visit a year after which you would have to pay for a call out. This is different to other companies I have been with who did not charge for more than one call out. Also this company tried to charge an extra 2.5% for payment via credit card today. When the January 2018 law change was pointed out, they suddenly no longer accepted credit card payments. I need to have trust in the company who provide security to my home and this has now been eroded.

Really pleased with the work carried out. The guys were really professional but still personable. Everything was left neat and tidy and explained to me really well before they left. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.

A great company with helpful staff and a pleasure to deal with. NSS provided my wife and I with great service and were very professional throughout the process. Nice and tidy installation by an experienced fitter and very prompt with their timings. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends in the future.

NSS were able to install my alarm within 2 days of my initial enquiry a week before Christmas. That was very impressive.
