I was expecting a Pm visit. I turned up at am to find the engineer had already & visited conducted the annual boiler services. Doreen is hard of hearing, but she was more than pleased with the visit & the polite & helpful engineer. Pleas pass on my gratitude to Jade for his approach & helpfulness. I had to call the office and chase for arrival slot. When the engineer (Jader) finally came, I must say that he did a great job, very thorough and professional. He was extremely courteous and explained the job he was doing. No other engineers have ever done such a degree of service, surely he was extraordinary, and cared for safety of customers
