After discovering that we needed to replace our digital TV aerial I contacted SMT to arrange a replacement, I was advised on the correct product that we needed & any associated parts, an appointment & price was agreed and within 24 hrs Stuart had arrived, installed & tested the new equipment and furthermore set up the TV and gave us professional advice going forward to achieve the best from the product. Stuart was extremely courteous throughout & kept to the plan & original price as agreed. He was happy to answer questions regarding available equipment and would highly recommend this company. SMT appear to have many excellent reviews, this is why I called them up despite them being based in Andover & I'm in Eastleigh! Thank you SMT.

Called Stuart this morning as my aerial had fallen off the roof. He was out at 11am and I have a new aerial, new wiring, and BBC again! Great service, I would highly recommend.

Made appointment within less than 24 hours of first call, Advised what required doing and most cost effective method for sorting out the problem, went off finished his other jobs for the day, purchased the equipment and came back to fit later that afternoon, we had TV that evening. Stuart arrived in answer to our queries about poor TV reception. The weather was bad, he agreed to come the next morning and install a new aerial and pole, this was after showing me how poor our reception had become. Stuart arrived and got on immediately with replacing our aerial for a new one, it took him very little time before coming inside and up into the loft to complete the job. As soon as he walked through the door he removed his shoes without being asked to, just another example of his attention to detail and desire to make a good impression. He explained to me what he'd done, and that he guaranteed his work for a year, another thing to be really pleased about. He is easy to talk with, and was a pleasure to have around the house. he carefully monitored several channels afterwards for their reception before giving me a detailed invoice and leaving. We could not have had a better professional in to do this job.

I contacted SMT to get a rough quote for fitting a new aerial and Stuart not only talked through likely costs but also explained some possible problems based on his experience of my area. Thankfully reception was better than expected when Stuart was able accommodate the fitting a few days later and he very rapidly installed a new aerial and amplifier in my loft, checked all TV points around the house were working correctly and even re-tuned my TV whilst providing advice on tuning future devices. Overall a fast and very efficient service, all at reasonable cost (which was also fully broken down on the invoice) and guaranteed for 12 months.

Stuart kept me informed about when he was arriving. He came on time and did an excellent job wall mounting our new TV. He made suggestions about making the connections which proved useful and saved money. I have no hesitation in recommending Stuart for any work with TV installations and aerials.

Stuart came out at short notice, after we moved in and found we had no TV reception. He was able to give us reception using an existing dish and removed an old one, giving a full explanation of what he was doing and different cost options. He was efficient, careful and really helpful throughout. And reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him!
