Engineer came on 17.04.2019 and put our new boiler in but no thermostat was connected until today 23.04.2019. Job is still not complete. Electrician came this morning to fix the thermostat and said company should've sent that by post which they didn't so he could't do anything. Tried to contact the 50 five company and still waiting for call back from them (phoned them 3 times). I think that company look after their clients very poorly. They don't sort the problems quick enough. Really disappointed with their service and will never recommend.

Everything was done on the correct day and time as stated to me and paid price quoted. The gas fitters that came were really efficient, very helpful and did a great job. Cleaned everything up so no mess. Excellent job.

I have no complaints about the workers that came to us to put a new boiler in. They were busy all day. They put the boiler in and tidyed after themselves. They went through the paper work with me and didn't leave till every thing was working. The electrian came on Monday and sorted the controls out. Showing me how to use them.

We had our new valiant boiler fitted, the fitters came at a date and time that suited us the whole service was at a great price compared to other company's Nothing was to much trouble the team at the end of the phone are very helpful the fitters where polite and respectful in our home Will defiantly recommend to our friends

Having booked an installation for Friday 01/02/2019 and no engineer turning up I started to think was this a bad idea after a few phone calls I had the installation rearranged for Tuesday the 5th and all I can say is the engineer that installed the boiler was brilliant! He rerouted the pipe work and it looks amazing although I’m not quite ready to move into the property as it’s being renovated I left the heating on over night and came back to the property this morning and it was lovely and warm! A big Thank you to the engineer and sales staff.
