Welcome to A C Puddle Fireplaces, Fires, Stoves & Central Heating in Torfaen, Wales

From the initial enquiry with Dale at the showroom to completion, everything has been first class. The job entailed the taking out of an existing fireplace and re installing a new Limestone Fireplace and Paragon Edge gas stove. After a site visit, a a cost agreed and dates given for the work. The Engineers who did the install were punctual, friendly and very neat and tidy. After completion, advice given about sealing the fireplace, also gas fire operation. All in all we are very pleased and are glad we contacted A C Puddle!! We Recommend!!

Old open gas fire taken out and new Kinder enclosed gas fire fitted into space, including new stone surrounds. New gas line also fitted outside. Work was carried out carefully, expertly and tidily, and care was taken throughout with safety aspects. Happy to recommend this company.

I had an electric fire surround and mantle put in. Extremely pleased with the over all service, in office and installing. I was made to feel valued in the showroom. Work commenced on time with no mess left. Excellent service all round, thoroughly recommend!

Puddle took out the existing fire and heater, replacing it with a new Gazco Logic HE Balanced Flue Fire and heater. The work was carried out on time and in a very efficient manner. The fitter was extremely clean and tidy, leaving no mess after the job. He explained how to use the fire in detail. Very impressed with Puddle and, would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

We had been looking for an appropriate cast iron fireplace for our cottage. So much choice & specifications to deal with we decided to visit Puddles in Pontypool. From the minute we entered the showroom we were given undivided attention of which fireplaces would be suitable to our specification. 1st class service & attention to detail. Im sure the aftercare service will be excellent if we ever need to contact Puddles for help & advice. We will never go anywhere. Puddles is now our go to for all our gas fire requirements.
