We never fail to have our gas boiler serviced every 12 months. Decided to try ACS Plumbing & Heating for the first time. Booked the appointment with Emma by telephone. Emma phoned me a couple of days before the arranged date to confirm with me that we were still happy with the chosen date. Simon the engineer arrived as arranged and carried out a very thorough service of our boiler, He left the area he worked in very clean and tidy, having completed the service. I will not hesitate to book them again in the future, and they are going to send me a reminder when the next service is due. I had there details from the Which? web site.

Simon has been servicing our gas central heating and gas fire for 12 years. He is a friendly professional engineer and I would highly recommend him.

I had a shower that wasn't working and progressively getting worse. I had contacted a few plumbers who didn't show up. This company was recommended to me by a friend. I was suspicious due to bad experiences in the past but know nothing about plumbing so decided to give ACS a try. I spoke to Emma initially , there was some messages and a video of my issue back and forth to help establish my issue. I should add here I live in an old house and nothing is straight forward. I received a phone call the day before they were due and a call on the day to say they were on their way. It transpired my shower had been bodged in by the previous plumber and the shortcuts taken had caused my issue over time. My trust for plumbers was low so I am afraid I questioned everything. However thanks to Ian having the patience to explain it all to me ( including doing a drawing) always having a smile on his face I now have a shower working better than ever and my faith in plumbers has been restored.

I would like to thank Emma our first contact on the phone + Simon Newton for there first class attention. The work on our boiler service, replacing two radiator valves and a replacement diverter valve + service of a gas fire. The quick attention we received just two days before this work was booked in, our hot water cylinder decided to burst sending water pouring down into our kitchen. Simon dropped everything and saved the day and put our mind at rest. Then on Wednesday 15/1/20 Ian and Chris engineers arrived @ 8.30am to carry out the above as well as replacing our now defunct hot water cylinder. Their attention to detail + their cleanliness was second to none. I have since given ACS another job which is booked in for early February. I will fully recommend ACS to our wide range of friends and family etc

First came across about a week ago after being let down by another service engineer who had serviced our central heating for several years. ACS were there within 24 hours and fixed a leaking radiator valve promptly & efficiently with a minimum of fuss & disruption. Following this visit I booked a boiler service which was carried out today by Simon who arrived at the agreed time, carried out the service with a minimum of fuss and disruption, and charged a very reasonable fee. Have now booked ACS to service the gas fires in the new year. Would highly recommend.

I received a 5 star service from Simon and his team. We had a new boiler and nine radiators changed plus old water tanks removed and new piping added. It was a big job and the team were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely nice people to have in my home. They took all the rubbish away and vacuumed and cleaned up at the end of every working day. Nothing seemed too much for them. I highly recommend ACS Plumbing.

simon from acs has done several jobs for us.He fitted a boiler and has maintained it also fitted a shower.His workmanship is excellent,he is always on time his work is clean and professional.Nothing is to much trouble for him and he as always said give me a call if something is not right or you don't understand something and he will pop round and explain it to you.I would highly recommend acs and would't hesitate to use them again.
