Andy, the Daves, Ste and Joe did a great job converting my kitchen and dining room into a lovely big kitchen diner and separate downstairs WC. This was part of a major house refurb, my first and I’m a particularly picky but inexperienced customer. The job was also made more complicated and lengthened by the steel needs and a very meticulous building control officer but Andy took it all in his stride. Andy was great at communicating with me. He was easy to talk to, easy to get hold of, really personable, listened to my wishes and worked really hard to get solutions to complicated issues with the build. He was always happy to adapt and change the job when we hit issues and they were always resolved even if they were out of his control. He explained things to me clearly. Andy and the team were a real pleasure to have in the house. As a single woman, I completed trusted them in my home. They were friendly and fun, clearly a solid group of friends as well as colleagues. I was working from home most of the time they were there and I actually missed the noise of them in the house when they had gone. Overall I think the job was well done and at a fair price. I’ve already asked Andy and the team to come back and do the next stage of the build which is an extension.

AM Builders commenced replacing our kitchen on 22 November 21. From the outset, Andy and his team treated our home with respect. They were punctual and advised us on any delay. They worked professionally and updated us on progress, solving without fuss, any snags encountered. They ensured everything was left clean and tidy at end of day.

AM Builders Liverpool renovated our kitchen. The whole process was professional and courteous from planning to execution. He kept strictly to agreed time schedules and the price was very good. Most notable was his insistence on communication, even letting us know if they were delayed by ten minutes. Most unusual. He was careful to ensure that any snags would be ironed out as soon as possible. They were a clean and tidy team clearing debris and detritus as they worked. All in all we would highly recommend them all day long.

Andy, Dave, and the rest of the team did a fantastic job on our kitchen. Andy provided a very competitive quote and delivered as expected, kept us fully updated throughout the whole project and any issues or concerns we had were easily resolved. The team made suggestions on the final designs that a) we hadn't thought of or b) worked better than our initial ideas which we fully appreciated. We highly recommend AM Builders Ltd, in fact, we have already passed details on to friends and family and we would definitely use them again on our next project.

Am builder was great. Work was done to a high standard. Everything was explained as the work progress. Any alterations during the job were discussed and verified before changes made. The workers were great to work with as all were very pleasant and well mannered. Andy the boss was always keeping us updated on what was going on in the gob and what was happening next. All in all I would recommend then for all your building jobs.

Andy and his team completed a loft conversion for me and my Family in April -June 2021. He work professionally with my planning office, structural engineer and architect to get the loft conversion I always wanted. Andy and the team worked around problems we faced with the stairs access and the house plumbing to get to a resolution I was happy with. The payment plan finishing on budget. The finished work excessed my expectations and I am a very happy customer. I would absolutely recommend AM builders and will use them again in the future.

Contacted Andy after him and his Guy's did a very impressive job on my neighbours flat. He turned up to look at my bathroom on the day as promised, gave me a very impressive fair price, offered good advice on material's I should purchase, felt very at ease offering him the job. Started the job on the date agreed, we had a bit if a problem on day 2 and Andy sorted it out professionally and pain-free. Near to the end of the job my double vanity unit/taps hadn't arrived, it was no problem to Andy, he came back when it did arrive and finished the job off on a Sunday afternoon. Andy and his Guys were that good I treated them to a Friday afternoon Fish and chips 😃

Ask Andy for a quote to carry out pointing of over 89sqm of wall and to install new rain pipes. Received quote very quickly. Work carried out was very professional and to a very high standard, all the lads on the job were polite and courteous as the job was for a nursing/residential home. Cleaned up every night and at the end of the job. Would definitely recommend Andy and his team and would use them again to carry out any further works that may arise.

So I asked Andy to come give me a quote for moving some water pipes, sockets and complete re-plastering of walls and ceiling. As always Andy offered better solutions than I had in mind and his quote included price, how long it would take and when he could do it. Dave and Ste completed all the work to a high standard and never did I think they were rushing to get the job done. It's clear the whole team take pride in doing a good job and that the customer is happy. Well done lads, great job.

I simply can't recommend A M Builders highly enough. Andy and his team worked on renovating our large 4 bedroom property for around 4 months and gave us the house of our dreams. With it being such a mammoth job, my wife and I were anxious about finding a builder who we could trust and who shared our passion to make our ideas a reality. After our initial meeting with Andy, we knew straight away that he would deliver what we wanted and it was the best decision we ever made! Andy came to the property beforehand to go through all of the jobs in more detail and agreed a timescale and cost, all of which he stuck to. Andy and his team completed an extension at the back of the house which included VELUX windows and huge glass sliding patio doors. They also knocked down a wall of the kitchen to create an open-plan living area and fitted a brand new kitchen. They also tiled all of the ground floor with floor tiles whilst they built another wall and blocked out another to create a 'snug'/living room area. Furthermore, they ripped out and fitted two brand new bathrooms. It was a complete renovation of the whole house and A M Builders couldn't have taken any more care. We are both very particular about what we want and everything was completely to an extremely high standard. It should also be worth noting that Andy and his team were a pleasure to deal with on a personal level. Friendly and outgoing, they were professional and personable at all times and nothing was ever too much trouble.
