When Sean came to survey the site, he was on time and was very knowledgeable. He explained step-by-step the process. Sean and his team were professional and easy to get on with. He also liaised with our elderly next-door neighbour, as we needed the scaffolding to go on her garage flat roof. The work proceeded on time and was finished with in the quoted period. Competitively priced,finished to a high standard,site left clean and tidy. Would recommend Sean and team without hesitation.

We required one of our roof gully's widening, along with some struts and membrane replacing. After getting around 4 different roofing companies round to look at the problem and quote we opted for AQ Roofing and we are glad we did. Competitively priced, with the work completed to budget, we found Sean and his team a great bunch to work with, they listened to what the issues were and came up with a solution that suited. Obviously the weather being horrendous over the past month meant there were delays, but Sean kept us fully up to date at all times and when the work could continue they were straight back onsite. Work was done to a high standard, kept the site clean and tidy. Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future!

Sean repaired the roof and flashing around a chimney to stop a leaking roof. Sean acted courteously and professionally at all times. He came promptly to assess the problem and then to carry out the work for a reasonable price. I was impressed by his high level of knowledge and professional skill. He was able to explain clearly exactly how the rain was getting in and how to rectify the problem. So far the problem has not recurred and I do not hesitate to recommend Sean as excellent roofer.

I had a roof covering replacement (tiles etc) and insulation fitted. This was the first time I had gone through a large building project. I had done research and knew what I wanted. All my requirements were well managed and I was helped by the fact that all the team could answer my questions clearly using practical experience. They all work well together and to a high standard.The roofing was done proficiently and knowledgeably. The insulation part of the work was arduous and very dusty but the team worked really hard and got it done. The site was left swept clean and tidy

The work comprised the installation of new roof tiles and where and if necessary the replacement of timbers. The guttering and soffits were not replaced because they were installed by others 4 years earlier. However AQ Roofing remounted these as they found that the fascia boards and gutters required some refitting Overall we found the company and its operatives to be friendly and courteous and were pleased with new roof.

Complete new roof, new guttering and soffits, re-rendering of the chimney and repainted. A very friendly and reliable team, excellent standard of workmanship and the site was always left clean and tidy every day. Would recommend 100%.
