I recently moved so I had an old conservatory replaced. I went back to Abbey Windows as they did a great job previously installing an modern conservatory at the back of our old house. The replacement is very stylish and I am delighted with it. I am very happy with it and the service from Abbey Windows - I would definitely recommend them.

Can’t recommend Abbey Windows and their builder Gary highly enough. The finished product was everything I wanted and more. They arranged everything, always kept me updated and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I moved to UK 3 years ago and bought a new build a few months after we arrived. We picked Abbey Windows to build our extension though the price is higher than other quotes, the reason is because the salesman is very professional and give us more insight/advice than the others. We also check their comment in the internet and they do obtain a good scores. Indeed, I was more impressed by the builder with his close follow-up and detailed explanation of the project. This is very important as we are new comer to this country and the project is kind of new and big to us. However, the builder ease my nervous. Frankly speaking, we found some flaws on the french door after installation. It was replaced by the company after we had tele-conversation with the project manager. Timeline is ok with a few days delay, I think this is acceptable. In sum, I do satisfy with the Abbey and think we did make a right choice.

Great experience from start to finish. From Chris coming round to survey to fitting. Survey was very thorough. Rob and Jack were are fitters they were on time, worked hard and were very tidy. Told us all the way what they were doing and when. Gave us a realistic time frame but did it quicker. Very pleased with all the team.

I have had a lot of work completed on my house over past year by Abbey Windows, from all doors and windows being replaced to a new conservatory in past week. I can not fault any part of the process to ensure a smooth completion. Rob in sales has been absolutely fantastic as have the team over the phone to the fitters who completed the work. Chris and Mike put together my new conservatory last week. They were excellent in informing me of timescales throughout and what they would be doing each day. Advised me what time they would arrive in the morning. They ensured all rubbish removed from my garden, cleaning up along the way. Before they finished on the last day they ensured I was happy in what they had achieved. I can say the work was completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend Abbey Windows.

Ashley and Adrian both helped me to get the project started and completed accurately on time, my completed conservatory is a perfectly finished product with high quality craftsmanship. My neighbours are astonished by the latest design,quality of the conservatory construction, It totally transformed the look of my house in a very impressive way.. Adrian greatly supported my entire conservatory project by fulfilling modifications,ad hoc requests and following up with a work plan accurately without missing provided planned dates.. I will 100% recommend Abbey windows for any extensions/conservatory works as I am very happy with the finished product and looking forward to going with the same company for my future extension projects!
