Our washing machine had started to leak, so we contacted Derrick and he turned up exactly on time and set to work - in less than half an hour he had diagnosed and fixed the problem (a hose had come loose inside). Excellent service!

Derrick was fantastic, responding quickly to my enquiry about a broken dishwasher and coming out to see us the next day. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and took the time to diagnose and explain the problem to me, ordering the part needed and returning promptly to fit with minimal fuss. The rates and costs were clearly explained upfront with no hidden fees or VAT to contend with. Derrick gave clear pricing over the phone and came out on the same day within a few hours. He clearly knows what he is doing and was able to 'diagnose and cure' the problem very easily. He carried the necessary parts with him so there was no delay. Washing machine up and running again, so a really great result. Very good value for such an excellent service and outcome without any fuss. A local service that I would recommend and definitely use again.
