Access Electrical supplied and installed exterior security lights to our house. The work was carried out promptly and tidily. We were advised that sensors may need to be adjusted - after a few days use we noticed that one did need adjusted so we contacted Access Electrical - this was also resolved very promptly.

I discovered the towel heater in my bathroom (which I had asked him to move) had been broken and was leaking oil. Also various holes in plasterboard made to fit electrical sockets and wires had not been patched up, while other electricians I have used get out a spot of plaster and patch it up. Wouldn't use them again.

We used this electrician following the two previous recommendations, but we did not have a happy experience of him. His apprentice drilled right through a wall in two places, pushing out two fist sized chunks of plaster, etc. into our sitting room. The electrician muttered a one word apology, then shouted and swore at the apprentice. He did not refer to the damage again, even when he departed. My husband could not trust himself to raise the issue. The rest of the work was competent and the quote was 20% less than a rival quote.

This was the first time I have used this company. I had a ring main put through to the garage, 10 new double sockets moved/fitted and a new fuse board fitted. Derek and his employees were neat, tidy and worth recommending. They were prompt, friendly and did an excellent job, attention to detail was of a very high standard. Best of all NONE of them smoked. I will certainly use this service again.
