My name is Jack and I’m your Rochdale based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.

Jack and his Pal turned up on the day he said he would. After a quick brew and recap, they were straight into the job. Garage loft and access created and landing access sorted. Great guys and company, they do what they say on the van.

We had 2 loft spaces made into usable storage spaces comprising of extensive boarding, earth wool, Electric strip lights and fold away Ladders. The two guys Jack and Marcus were efficient, courteous and did an excellent job and cleaned the area afterwards. From quoting to installation Jack made the process of getting an extra space for storage in our loft an effrortless process. He fully explain all of the various options and detailed teh costing of each. he arrived on time when he said he would be, took care & attention when in my house and the final results are perfect. I would not hesitate having him back to get more work done. Out of all the improvements I have done to my house this was the easiest and has made a massive differnce to the storage I have availavle in my house. Just had my loft done today. They arrived on time and set up quickly. They were polite and efficient. They started at 8am and were finished around 12:30, for 20sqft which was really good. They also put down dust sheets and cleaned up after themselves. They installed a ladder and widened the loft hatch too which meant we had easier access.

Can’t recommend Jack and his associate highly enough. Really professional and pleasant , quoted us a good price, turned up when they said they would and worked safely and cleanly the whole day. Everything was left clean, tidy and all surfaces wiped down with sanitiser. From my initial email request, Jack promptly turned up to quote me for new hatch, 3-piece ladders and boarding of part of my loft with some shelving too. He advised me on all aspects particularly the need for enlarging the hatch. Marcus arrived on time on the day of the job and explained what the job entailed and how long it would take. He did an excellent job and thoroughly explained how to use the drop down ladder etc. He hoovered everything up too. Many thanks to both of you.

Initially contacted Jack for a quote for a loft hatch, ladder and boarding, he provided me with this very quickly, however as my roof was leaking I just decided to go with the loft ladder and hatch for the time being as didn't want the boarding to be ruined until the roof had been repaired. Jack was happy to do this smaller job and all work was completed efficiently and tidy. Would recommend, thank you.

I specifically seeked a Loft Specialist via the Which? Trusted Trader website and Access4Lofts were the first name I saw. I initially rang for a quote which Jack duly provided after visiting our home. Due to Covid, we had to delay the work but when we were actually ready to proceed, we reviewed the quote to my satisfaction and booked Jack in. He and Marcus arrived at the specified time and completed the work after 7 hours. The job was neat, clean and totally what I had hoped for and anticipated. Both Jack and Marcus worked without causing any disruption to our working at home. They were polite gentlemen and an absolute pleasure to have on our home. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody.
