This was the second time we have used Acme Joinery for new windows and they have been by far the best we have used over the last 25 years. We wanted to replace our front bay window as the old one was falling apart and had been poorly made. Ray and Matthew produced work of the highest quality which is perfectly fitted. They also put in a new front bedroom window for one being replaced as part of a subsidence claim and repaired two other windows which had been produced and fitted by far inferior window craftsmen (we wish we had known about Acme Joinery earlier). Ray and Matthew were also punctual, polite and efficient and explained clearly what they were doing and why. All work was done to time and on budget. A very small matter requiring five minutes additional work transpired and there was no hesitation whatsoever in making quite a long journey to deal with it. They probably aren’t the cheapest but we know to our cost that with windows, cheap can turn out more expensive in the long run. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Acme Joinery.

They measured the old window, made a new one, and fitted it. Friendly, helpful, quiet and tidy. Well pleased.

Its the best work I have seen. They have made beautiful kitchen, made, painted and fitted, also cupboards that were perfect. Also great to deal with in the design and consultation. Couldn't be better
