ADC Landscape And Garden Maintenance Contractors

I have a time-sensitive project and I reached out to this Trader to get a quote for gardening works The initial response was very quick with an offer to come around on a particular day of the week to fo a quote ..... that being approximately 4 days away. I responded requesting an interim phone call advising that it was important for me to speak to the Trader before he actually attended for a quote. I chased twice by email followed by a phone message. I finally got through to the trader on the day that he was meant to be coming to do the quote.... the appointment had not been confirmed or acknowledged in any way. He offered an excuse of being too busy to even have the courtesy to acknowledge my contact attempts leading me wondering whether or not he was even going to turn up on the day that he wanted to come and quote. So I informed him that if this is how he conducts his business I was not prepared to deal with him. I would suggest that if anyone else has a time-sensitive project then don't use this Trader. You will grow roots waiting for him to respond. I have now wasted 4 days of my precious time putting me back to square one. Not impressed one little bit.
