Very happy to recommend AGS. The quality of their manufacture and installation is top notch, and their after-sales service is fantastic. We had a couple of things that needed repairing several years after installation, and they sorted everything out, under warrantee, free of charge, without fuss and with prompt and friendly service. Definitely would use them again.

From the very first contact with AGS to the installation the level of service has been outstanding. I don't like recommending companies to people usually through fear of others not having the same experience and it then reflecting badly on me but I have no concerns of that with AGS. I'm so pleased with their service and products I will be using them for the bi folds and roof lights on my proposed extension. It's the attention to detail and anything to help attitude that makes the real difference, backed up with great products. Really impressed.

AGS patiently waiting and supported for several months while I painstakingly got planning permission to replace my windows (due to an edge case in planning law). They then respected their original quote, and installed my windows within a few months. This included having the scaffolding up and down in a week, to avoid antagonising the ground floor flat, as well as allowing my builder access to the scaffolding to drill an external hole. The windows were smart and energy efficient, with a couple of minor issues that were quickly addressed.

First contact: Phones are answered promptly by polite, efficient, knowledgable members of staff. I found their prices very competitive. The products are good quality. The surveyor and fitter did an excellent job, making good all areas and even vacuuming up the small amount of mess, 1st class.

The replacement UPVC double glazing units for the front and back of our house totalled 11 units, including porch doors, flat and bay windows, and a back door. The work was completed in 5 days by Carl and Jordan, who work well together, and were professional in ensuring a quality job with the minimum of intrusion. They responded rapidly to an unforeseen problem when taking out one of the old windows. From the commencement of our enquiry to the company, we found the responses from Andy Barnett to be concise and prompt, and in the administration department, Ella was knowledgeable and friendly. A well-run and efficient family business, who put service and quality (at a reasonable price) first, and they are worthy of being a Which Trusted Trader. Thank you and well done. We have now used AGS for two separate jobs; Bifold doors, lantern and a few windows were installed 3 years ago, we were then happy to use AGS again two years later to install new windows in three bays and a few other windows. The majority of windows and doors were installed with internal blinds. On both occasions, the installers worked efficiently and skilfully and tidied up after they finished. For both jobs AGS were very professional and friendly, they kept appointments and never let us down. A year or so after installation there was a small issue that AGS had to be contacted for, they attended the following day to address the problem with no fuss. I thought it best to wait a while after installation to leave this review to see how the product and AGS performed. As you can probably tell from my comments, we are very happy with both and have recommended to a few friends and colleagues.

I required 9 windows and 2 doors to be replaced. The initial visit to quote, was non pressurised, yet informative. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the finished product was very good, and at the agreed price. The installation over 2 days entailed concern to minimise the effects on myself, and ensuring things were cleared and cleaned prior to departure. Post installation, their maintenance booklet is very useful.

I would highly recommend Advanced Glazing to anyone. From the first call to get a quote, to the survey and finally to the fitting and payment/accounts, everyone I dealt with were personable, friendly, professional and courteous. And the final job was done to a high standard - they even left the house pretty spotless, which is always a bonus. They were also very competitively priced and felt much better going to an independent, family business.

Once Andy and Tyler walked through the front door I sensed professionalism. My wife and I talked through what we would like installed, being 5 windows and a new front door, all in uPVC and the windows being sash. Andy explained everything from the window design, a sample, to how best the installation could be done, clarifying with his surveyor on the phone whilst with us. The date for install was set and met and the installation completed in 2 days. The work was brilliant, the mess, non existent. The guys cleaned up as if they'd never been here. We had a new composite door fitted and repairs to existing double glazing. We paid a good price but got an outstanding service. Expert friendly advice, very helpful and patient while we chose the right product. The office team are also very efficient and kept us fully informed. The work was done on budget and on schedule. We are very pleased with the result, very tidy finish and solid door that looks great and fits well. Not a big job for them but we got top quality service. It is a local family business and that shows in their desire to maintain a good reputation.

The service from start to finish was extremely professional and each person from the company was very friendly and made us feel like a valued customer. We were after a colour that was about to be removed from manufacture and Tyler did his utmost to make sure we had the door ordered in time. The installation was quick, problem free and they even created a fascia at the top of the door that matched. The door looks amazing, and we have been getting many compliments. The windows were also replaced extremely quickly. We are very happy with the service from AGS and would highly recommend them!

AGS have just renewed all our windows and doors apart from the front door which we’d had done a couple of years ago. We would definitely recommend AGS. Andy’s quote was straightforward with no messing about and didn’t take hours like some companies. Once we’d accepted the quote the surveyor came to measure up, everything was ordered and we very quickly had an installation date. The installation team arrived early on the planned day and worked hard. The job was finished in three days as promised at the beginning even though three panes of glass had broken at the depot - these were ordered and arrived in time to be installed without the job being delayed. The team were friendly, worked hard and cleared up very well each day. We were impressed with the attention to detail given to the job.

AGS were excellent from start to finish. My partner and I decided we needed to replace all of the windows (4 windows and a large 3 section bay window) in our flat due to the poor heat and noise insulation. I spoke to John over the phone on a number of occasions and his knowledge and expertise were fantastic. The quote was somewhat pricier than some other like-for-like quotes I had gathered, but with such a large bay window I wanted to ensure the work would be carried out to a very high standard. John answered all of my queries and made me feel confident that AGS were the right people for the job. The installation was completed in a single day, and after completion, it's apparent that you get what you pay for. My partner and I are extremely happy with the quality of the windows and the attention to detail in the finishing that the installers had. We had one minor hiccup where the glass for our bathroom wasn't frosted as requested when the survey was carried out, but this was addressed and sorted immediately by John and Julie. After the new glass had been ordered an installer returned to the property in 2 weeks and fitted it in about 10 minutes. Everyone that I communicated with - John, Peter, Julie, Simone and Ella - were very friendly, polite and professional; providing a fantastic level of customer service that you hope for when spending quite a significant amount of money on a fairly large home improvement. I, like many, googled replacement windows: AGS came up and even though it meant they had to travel further than maybe they would normally, there was no quibble. Andy was fantastic - especially when baby brain couldn’t compute the prices; Ella replied to emails quickly and helpfully and the chaos that came to fit the windows worked well as a team and were so professional. They even showed me how to open the windows for cleaning (I won’t be doing that - we have a man) - all in all, an excellent trader from start to finish. And the price was good too!

AGS fitted about 8 years ago 3 double glazed windows in my flat and as I recently wanted to replace a kitchen door and side windows with new double glazed unit in my house, I remembered the quality of the work that had been done in my flat and thought I would contact AGS for a quote. The entire process was truly seamless with a market value quotation and very good quality double glazing materials. The fitting was excellent and we are all very happy with the new unit at home. This is a team of people ( a family business) that work extremely well in terms of communication, punctuality, competence and experience. New Bay windows and Endurance Front door fitted by AGS. The fitters have been amazing, they were very helpful in selecting and recommending ideas. The surveyor was brilliant, worked everything out perfectly. Could not find a fault if I tried. Everything finished to a high standard. They have totally transformed the House . Flush sash windows in white woodgrain with Heritage sills. Definitely worth the extra money, they look like the original windows that would have been fitted when house was built. If everyone had these done the road would look fantastic. So pleased am getting rest of house done. Well done AGS.

Absolutely amazing. Has completed changed the front of our house from half ugly old render, old flat roof porch falling apart and old sliding glass door and wooden 2nd door. House now looks beautiful in chalk white render, chartwell green front door, pitched roof porch. We already had the windows and back bifold done 6 months prior by Andy and his AGS team. They were best price and done the best work then. So asked if they done porches/render as well as front door after some disappointingly high quotes elsewhere from more builder based companies. Yet again AGS come out best on price, Andy as detailed as ever, his building team done an amazing job, worked so hard and in 8 solid work days changed the front of our house into something looking brand new. Outstanding. Having never liked quotes and work being done but have been absolutely chuffed to bits we found AGS. They should really call themselves advanced fanatical home improvements as so much more than glazing.

I used Advanced Glazing Systems to supply and fit a double glazed side door. They were professional from start to finish and did a fantastic job, and very reasonably priced. Even though we had our windows fitted over 3 years ago we had a problem with smears appearing inside a couple of sealed glazed units. No problem, AGS replaced them! Excellent service.

I have used them on a couple of occasions before for whole house double glazing. They were by far cheaper than the multinationals and a better product. Also gave a 10-year guarantee. We had this house double glazed including bi-folding doors in 2013. Our neighbour was looking for a cheap supplier but was so impressed with the work being done on ours she had her whole house done too by AGS. We needed a garage side door replacing from wood. Should have done it in 2013! Still the same efficient family-run company. Would thoroughly recommend.

AGS replaced my front and back external doors(2) and windows front and back downstairs and upstairs(4). Prompt informative survey without the hard sell of others and they gave me time to consider their quote v others, who were not so patient. Not only was their product rated highly elsewhere but their price was best too. No brainer! Installation within 3 weeks. They turned up on time, hardly stopped working for 3 days and left no mess. I am delighted by my doors and windows and thoroughly recommend them. I want a conservatory now and they will certainly be invited to quote.

Having used AGS ltd 7 years ago to instal all our windows, french doors and bifold, we were impressed then. One of the bifold window smashed, I contacted AGS as we have a 10 year guarantee. The start of the phonecall having given my name, was "I remember you Mrs L..." I thought nice, but ok good sales pitch, to which they rattled off our names address and phone numbers from the system! We have a common surname. We aren't even local to the company! I was told glazing wasn't covered by insurance but was given a quote within 20 minutes and installation date shortly afterwards. There would have been a delay of up to 8 weeks due to Covid, I explained we are due to move and needed this replaced asap. AGS asked the glaziers for a big favour and we only waited 3 weeks. Window was fitted very swiftly on the agreed date and time. Locking mechanism adjusted by a very polite tradesman. Our only regret, we are moving to a new build and personally will not be requiring their services, but 100% recommend them

AGS fitted new windows and back door with a glass mounted cat flap. The service was great, they answered all my queries and questions. The installation was quick and efficient and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the after service care was outstanding. I had one minor query which was sorted immediately. I have already recommended them to a friend. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

We had replacement gutters, fascia and windows fitted for our 1920's semi-detached house which has bay windows. The contract was part fulfilled prior to the COVID19 lock-down but some of the work had to wait a few weeks. AGS kept us up-to-date through the process. All work has now been completed to a high standard. We're very happy customers. Dealing with AGS has been a pleasure throughout the process. From initial visit (no hard sales pitch and their quote was quite competitive); to survey/measurements (where they proactively sought to resolve issues) to arranging scaffolding (being flexible with the dates )... the office were very efficient. For the fitting...One team was used for the gutters/fascia and another for the windows. Both teams worked efficiently and were very tidy - keen to make everything "just right". We highly recommend AGS.

After using AGS in the past for windows and front door 4 years ago, they were the obvious choice when we were doing a kitchen revamp and wanted a back door and a window put in. The first point of contact was John and he was very helpful and obliging and said they would fit us in within our time scale. Darren & Gavin the fitters arrived on Saturday morning to cut out the brickwork and fit the new door and window. Both guys where very professional, clean and tidy in their work. New door and window looks a treat, very happy.

Really pleased with our new windows from Advanced Glazing, they look incredible in situ and really change the whole vibe at the back of the house. Inside is already noticeably warmer, quieter and lighter! The decorative architrave around the windows is stunning and I love the colour outside! John really understood our brief and delivered everything I was hoping for... and for such a good price. The fitting team were absolutely lovely and really did a fine job - they were a pleasure to have in the house. We have used AGS previously, replacement French doors and a new external door, so we chose to use them again and once again they delivered a great service, from the my initial phone call to completion of the work. I contacted John after my front porch door had been burgled, realizing old porch needed replacement ASAP to be made safe. I got same day design, quote and the nearest installation date possible given parts are custom made. The team arrived on time, were really nice, worked hard and finished everything to very high quality, leaving everything clean and tidy. The team then returned after 2 weeks to also replace the kitchen window - which was not that urgent. I like the look of the new porch and feel much safer now at home - thanks so much John, Julie and the team for a job well done at a time that I really needed it.

We have an old house and the original small conservatory was becoming dilapidated. We decided to replace it with a larger one. We chose Advanced Glazing Systems after careful research and a site visit. The work was carried out by their regular builder, Alan Fernee, of New Space Developments. We are entirely happy with the product and the workmanship involved. Everything was done carefully and with due regard to the disturbance that was inevitable in such a project. We fully recommend both the product and the builder.

AGS were replacing windows in a nearby house and I was impressed with the work, so decided to contact them to get a quote for replacing the windows in the two front rooms of my 1st floor maisonette. I telephoned the company and the fitters working on the nearby house came the same day to measure the windows. I received a call from AGS the following day, followed a little later by a further call with a quote which was well below what I thought I would need to spend on the work. Two fitters arrived at 8.30 a.m. on the chosen date and the work was completed by midday. Everything was left clean and tidy and there was no damage whatsoever to the existing windowsill paintwork. The two fitters didn't even take a tea break when tea was offered! I am delighted with the windows, which add greatly to the appearance of my maisonette.

Can't praise this company too highly. Expertise second-to-none. Their work ethos is exemplary. Arrived on time, removed the old front door, fitted the new double door, tidied up as they went along, so no mess. Demonstrated how the lock worked, nothing too much trouble. I have used them before to fit double-glazed windows, so expected nothing less than perfection, which certainly was confirmed.
