Alex was superb, it’s difficult to find an electrician who you can trust, Alex was extremely tentative throughout the process. I had a new fuse box and other bits of electrical jobs done ready to rent out my property. Alex was brilliant with communication and kept me up to speed throughout the whole process. I called in Alex to remove our old burglar alarm and make the power source safe. I discussed the issue with Alex who explained he could do the work the following day and provided me with a reasonable price. Alex kept me informed of his arrival time on the day of the job. Alex installed a new electric shower in my bathroom and LED spotlight fittings in my extension. He was professional and gave advice and information where needed but also friendly and accommodating. Communications were prompt and clear throughout, the quotes also. He worked very tidily and efficiently, clearing everything away at the end. Alex came out to do a number of jobs around the house - new plugs, light fitting, fan replacement and fitting a new oven. He was very responsive to queries before the work began. Alex replaced several sockets, switches and light fittings as part of a refurbishment of our hall, stairs and landing. The timer unit on our stairs light failed and kept tripping the upstairs lighting circuit. Alex came out on the same day, quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and offered a couple of alternative solutions. He came back as soon as we decided on what we wanted, then supplied and fitted a new unit. Alex turned up on time on each visit and his bill was extremely good value. Without any doubt we would book Alex again for any future work.
