Alex and his team were so fantastic in replacing our windows and doors! They were prompt, polite, incredibly clean and tidy and we are so pleased with the finished work. The patio doors, kitchen stable door and front door are all flawless and the finish and sealing on all the windows and doors is perfect. The amount we paid was the exact quote we were given and there were no hidden costs. Alex and his team are definitely perfectionists! Excellent service throughout, from initial survey and estimate, fitting them with Alex and Gary, through to rectifying a couple of issues with the glass (a depot problem, not Alex). Alex and Gary have been replacing doors and windows for many years and that tells its own story. I received 5 quotes for the work and Alex stood out from the rest. Calm, knowledgeable, punctual, and by no means the most expensive, he always followed up on what he said he would do and didn’t expect me to pay 90% of the final invoice price, before work had even started, unlike many of his competitors. The quality of the doors and windows they fitted, despite mistakes made by the factory, some of which cost Alex, was as he had promised - excellent.
