Allpropertyclaims specialises in dealing with property insurance claims from start to end. It provides a hassle-free service to get your insurance claim agreed and the service is completely free if Allpropertyclaims carries out all building and drying works at your property.

We start off by visiting your property to survey the damage. If you agree to instruct us, we report the details of the claim to your insurer with a comprehensive scope of works broken down by item. We then request a loss adjuster to be appointed to meet with us at the property to agree the claim and the list of works we propose. We are able to settle claims directly with insurers as we operate under the regulation and authorisation of the FCA.

Once we are authorised by insurers, we carry out all works and send the invoice to your insurer direct.

This provides a convenient, cost free solution to you and we ensure that insurers properly authorise necessary repairs to get the property back to pre-loss condition.

We had a hidden shower leak which meant the entire room had to be stripped, dried and reassembled. APC managed the claim to the insurance company and then did the work. - They said at the outset that our insurers (Direct Line) were unlikely to pay the amount needed and that we would have to pay additional cash to get the job done. That was fine but we were taken aback when the additional sum quoted was £13.7k on top of an insurance settlement of £5.9k - Our confidence wasn't improved when they then agreed to do the work for £1.9k rather than the original £13.7k - but at that stage, we'd been waiting over a month for the shower to be restored so just wanted to get the work done. - Their builders were fast, efficient and good but when they put the shower back in they said that the shower drainage appeared to be slow. (It had operated perfectly before the shower was taken down).I called a plumber who was unable to access the waste pipe and said that we needed to take out the shower tray to fix it. They refused to do this and insisted on finishing the job as they were close to completion (although they didn't put silicon seals on the shower door). - The shower doesn't drain and is therefore unusable. They are unprepared to do anything about it. We have spent close to 3 months and £8k to be left with an unusable room.

We are sorry you are unhappy but your comments are factually mis-represented so we would like to clarify these for the benefit of readers. 1. We had pre-warned you about Insurer who have the highest volume of complaints upheld by the Financial Ombudsman Service but we also set out our process to ensure the fairest outcome for clients and explained this may result in a slightly prolonged negotiation. However you were clear from the outset that you preferred to pay a “top up” rather than prolong the negotiation. Accordingly we agreed to accept a top-up of £1.9k from you, having been offered £6.4k by your insurer against an opening bid of £13.4k. 2. Your claim related to a leak from a valve behind your walls. Your shower tray was lifted only to enable drying your sublfoor and retiling your wall. When we lifted your shower tray we commented that your waste/trap was unusual as it did not have a removable cup wth enables easy cleaning of trapped hairs. After our works were completed, when all that was left was to apply sealant and clean up (2 hours work remaining), you got a drain cleaning company to jet your drains but they did not have the right equipment which fit your type of waste. Instead of getting a jetting company with the right equipment, you demanded we lift your shower tray (which would require re-doing your tiles) which we declined. Had you told us BEFORE we completed our repairs we may have been able to help. This situation was not of our making.

When we discovered what we thought was a small mains water leak we contacted our insurer to get it repaired. This was carried out by their contractor but it meant that tiles in the hallway and kitchen were damaged. So we contacted All Property Claims who came, reviewed the situation and reassured us that everything would be restored to how things were before the leak. On appointing them Moez conducted a thorough test of how far the leak had extended and made all arrangements to have the floors dried and also negotiated with the loss adjuster and surveyor as to the extent of the work needed. All was agreed to what Moez had informed us was required. For us this confirmed that we had made the right decision to have All Property Claims take the concern off our shoulders. Their contractors contacted us as the work was carried out and checked with us as to the type of replacement tiles we would prefer. Very professionally carried out and very friendly to deal with.

The drainage pipe from my bath had been leaking and caused significant water damage to the flooring to my one bed flat and was tracking up the plaster board walls. I encountered difficulty trying to organise contractors and liaising with the building insurance company. Allpropertyclaims literally took stress and inconvenience of making the building insurance claim for me. Moez put me at ease and reassured me that the aim of Allpropertyclaims claims is to take away the stress of making the building insurance claim and dealing with the building repairs. They definitely did that. They explained to me the claim process, kept me updated as to what progress was being made with the claim and promptly found a contractor who was very professional and efficient at carrying out the work that was needed. I would highly recommend using Allpropertyclaims without a doubt.

I had a water leak under my concrete kitchen floor which spread to the hall and bathroom in my flat. As it was the beginning of lockdown #1 I had problems liaising with Thames Water and obtaining estimates for the remedial work, so it was a relief when I engaged APC which took over negotiations with the insurance company, which has proved increasingly petty and difficult to deal with. Roshan regularly updated me as to progress (or lack of it!) with the insurance company and patiently guided me through the documentation required. Almost a year after making my claim the works have been done by APC. Dinas and his team were polite, punctual and content to work around me as I remained on site. This was at times inconvenient for them (they never complained!) but did enable me to monitor the works and ensure that they were carried out according to the specification. After they had finished there were a couple of minor 'snaggings' to resolve which they immediately and competently dealt with. All in all, APC, particularly Roshan who has been my main contact throughout, have been helpful, communicative & professional, saving me a lot of potential angst.

Without All Property Claims, I do not think I would have had what it took to see the claim through as my insurer was proving very difficult and thrown so many hoops in the way that I wouldn't have been able to surmount on my own. My neighbour had decided to do major works to his property on his own to save money which included knocking out the chimney breasts without adequately supporting them. This consequently left major cracks in several of my rooms walls and ceilings. I engaged the services of All property claims in approx April 2020 and I'm so glad i did. Unfortunately, my insurers were being very unfair and difficult. They kept underestimating the work that needed doing and all that involved. This meant that a relatively short period of works turned into something quite epic. If i did not have the support and expert advice and acknowledge of the team at all property claims, I think I may have had a nervous breakdown. Roshan, in particular, was so helpful. They kept me updated regularly They fully explained what was happening and the next step. They ( Roshan) battled on my behalf with my loss adjuster and were relentless in their pursuits to get me everything I had paid for and was entitled to and to get the best job/ work done. I cannot rate them higher.

After a fire at my elderly parents house, All Property Claims were recommended to me to handle the claim and thank heaven we agreed to work with them. The insurance company were extremly difficiult and petty, and having APC on our side was a huge refief. APC completed all the repair works to a high standard and ensured that the insurance company paid for evertything that they were supposed to despite their best efforts to avoid doing so. We had a leak in the shower trap in our downstairs bathroom. Water had been pouring into the floor and spreading under the tiles to our utility room. This had been happening for quite some time and the first we were aware of the problem was when we noticed damage to a partition wall where the water was creeping upwards. Allpropertyclaims handled the whole insurance claim for us from the track and trace service to find the source of the leak, to re-tiling and making good the affected area. This included drying equipment and claiming for the additional electricity costs. The building work was carried out to a high standard and the area was kept clean and tidy throughout. All this was managed during periods of lockdown this year. We received clear information from the office as to what would happen at each stage and they were always available if we had questions. Water damage to your property is very stressful but having a team negotiate with your insurer and providing skilled tradesmen at each stage made the whole experience much more bearable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
