We own Rental properties and we have used every heating engineer in Fleet and Farnham area, Simply Amitec is Very Clear above all, you can easily tell from all great comments which come from all different sort of people he is not cheap but he is worth it! Won't hesitate use them again or to recommend them.

Emergency call-out to heating breakdown. Amitec (Ami) was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem. He explained & showed us the problem and was very efficient in fixing it. He was professional & courteous at all times and a reasonable, realistic charge. Made us realise the short comings of our previous heating engineer (NOT a Which ? Trusted Trader !). We will definitely use him again. Thoroughly recommended.

Nearly thirty year old back boiler was disconnected and taken out, all pipework capped and the boiler and gas fire removed. The area was cleaned up well. A new boiler was installed in my kitchen with the minimum of mess and disruption and thermostats put on some of the radiators. AMI turned up at the time he had stated, explained everything that he was going to do and asked if I had any other questions. I now have a new, efficient Worcester Bosch boiler and don't even need to have any redecorating done. Very impressed and extremely pleased. I had to wait a long time for Ami to fit me in and price was above average but he worth a wait and every penny.Ami Will be in my Good book until he retires!!

Called AMITEC(AMI) based on the absolutely fantastic reviews I found on here and can only say I agree wholeheartedly. He was here an hour after I called, without asking for an insane amount of money like other 'emergency' services might. Friendly, professional and going out of his way to explain things to me. I felt like I was in good hands and within an hour my boiler was working again. No complaints whatsoever and will definitely call this company again if I have any problems.

Professional, knowledgeable (able to troubleshoot without taking your boiler apart), efficient (and because the engineers finish the jobs at hand in no time, available at short notice), reliable, customer-focused (our boiler broke down during the last cold spell and Ani, appreciating the urgency of the situation, ensured he got the parts he needed for the next day; also he kept us updated as necessary), cost-effective (the company only charges if they complete the repairs) and considerate (the engineer took his shoes off in the house). I strongly recommend the company and would undoubtedly use them again.

Amitec carried out the central heating system installation as new along with under floor heating on all of the ground floor, plus air conditioning (Air Source Heat Pump) and additional pumps to increase water pressure. I found Ami and his team from Amitec to be extremely knowledgeable, courteous whilst in other peoples property, took time out to visit show rooms with my Husband and I , and found their works ethics and quality to be of an exceptionally high standard.We Have used all plumbers around this area but Amitec will be the only one we will be asking for any work , Shame he will be off for a few weeks due to his Neck operation and we wish Ami speedy recovery and back to Work Soonest.

After having only electricity for many years I decided to have gas central heating installed. After calling 3 plumbers for comparative quotes I was pleased to meet Ami from Amitec Maintenance Ltd. He gave me the best advice on the most cost effective & effecient sytem for my property. The price of the whole system was cheaper than that quoted from his competitors with a longer guarantee and professional back up. Very clean & punctual I would highly recommend

On 2nd of March when there was freezing condition and plenty of problems with boilers ,I called a few heating engineers around fleet some did not answer their call and some wanted triple charge to come out but Amitec(AMI) attended to our property and sort out our problem with very reasonable price ,very knowledgeable Person,he knows more than any heating engineer I've seen around here, he cares about customers and I found him very polite and trustworthy, we are so happy to have met Ami(AMITEC) and he will be our heating engineer from now and we will be using his services and strongly recommend him and his team. I truly believe this company is the only 5***** service in the area as I have checked him out on Which Trusted Trader and thats tells it all.

This company(Ami) have done many jobs for my business for the past 14 years. Some of the jobs include installing boilers and bathrooms, kitchen and wet rooms, fixing radiators and leaks and finally checking boiler pressures. I am always very happy with the work which gets completed and never have any complaints. The work is always completed on time and to budget and I would highly recommend the company. Great work!

They did what said they would do, when they said they would do it and it was done to the highest standards. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Can't say enough good things about Amitec ( Ami ) He did what other companies could not do! Very professional and friendly engineer, workmanship was outstanding, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, the house was left clean and tidy.
