These reviews are so good it looks like they might be writing them themselves; BUT it's really true. They did what said they would do, when they said they would do it and it was done to the highest standards. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Can't say enough good things about Amitec ( Ami ) He did what other companies could not do! Very professional and friendly engineer, workmanship was outstanding, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, the house was left clean and tidy. The whole process from start to finish was very professional, everything was tested, my wife was over the moon. Top marks to Amitec! Strongly recommend!!

Having got in a few gas boiler installers to discuss replacing an old boiler, with care to the existing set up, it was Ami from AMITEC that impressed me most with attention to detail, clear explanations and understanding of my needs. Particularly impressed when a question arising from electrical wiring set up between the pump location and the boiler that may scupper a new boiler choice (they're 2 floors apart), meant AMI as an electrical contractor had the knolweage and gave it the all clear. It was a winner all round when the quote was just slightly higher than my 2nd place choice, and the install was undertaken with consultation about best position for the new boiler to minimise disruption outside with the flue location, and inside for plumbing needs. AMI and his Employee worked solidly, professionally, and tidily. All in all, thoroughly recommended, happy to support a local company, and we'll no doubt be talking about annual servicing. Very professional and efficient services. I needed first of all a boiler and then it transpired that the piping was thoroughly corroded and needed replacing throughout. I was most impressed by the efficiency and promptness of the engineer who completed the job with the minimum of disturbance, leaving everything neat and tidy. A most courteous and helpful engineer, who explained what was needed and kept me informed at each step. I am delighted with my new heating system.

OUR FAMILY have been using Amitec (AMI) services over the past 8 years . Ami has installed our Kitchen, three bathrooms and boiler room and all radiators around our house. Ami has installed two boilers and conducts their annual service for me. I have worked with him for the past eight years and have been consistently impressed by his knowledge - it is always up to date due to the courses he attends - and he is extremely professional. He is courteous, tidy and reliable. I completely trust his judgement and wouldn’t let anyone else near my central heating.

Amitec Maintenance Ltd recently completed a new boiler installation for me in Farnham. It wasn't a straightforward job, as my boiler is on an internal wall and its a flat, so there were neighbours to consider. Not to mention they had to negotiate with some of my new neighbours as the scaffolding was to be placed outside of their property to gain access to the roof. they had to go up through the roof for the flue and it is a grade 2 listed building. They were very confident and reassured me that they would take care of everything i.e, arranging the scaffolding, obtaining permission from the managers of the building and speaking to the neighbours on my behalf, generally taking all the stress out of the project. They finished on time and with no mess left behind and continued to keep me updated with the warranty and the gas certificate, which they took care of for me. Add to this the price was very competitive, considering all the extra expense due to how complicated the job was. I now have a great boiler, with a great warranty and aftercare service with a firm I can trust. not many can be trusted these days but I would recommend Amitec to anyone.

We had really bad experiences with almost every plumber in Fleet area, " I can do the job no problem" and that is the last we heard of them, so we were very pleased to find AMITEC. Totally reliable, on time, no fuss, no problems, clean job completed and most important very reasonable price too. We shall be using Amitec services again if necessary. I had a new Bosch boiler fitted which required relocating and the pipes all rerouted, which is an involved job. I chose AMITEC after receiving many quotes from local heating engineers in fleet and I'm very glad I did. AMITEC ( AMI ) is punctual, reliable and clearly knows his stuff. He was able to reroute most of the piping above the ceiling so that they would be hidden, a major cosmetic bonus that all other engineer missed. He is very tidy and cleans up after himself. He is always happy to listen to any concerns and suggests solutions, for example he moved the magnetic filter to a less obvious place so I could later on box in the boiler into kitchen cabinet. An all round trustworthy and excellent tradesman which is hard to find these days, highly recommended.100%

I needed my gas meter uncapping (due to British Gas being over cautious). I phoned two local companies but despite their appointment they never arrived, then we found Amitec Maintenance Ltd on Trusted traders(which), phoned Amitec to come round and he came as soon as he was free (within 2 hours), and sorted my problem out with no fuss and minimal charge. Ami was Very Polite and respectful person, very pleased with him and his services and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a plumber or gas engineer.
