This was my first time using Appliance World and they were recommended to me by a friend .They took out my 2 boilers and installed a combination boiler.They bricked up any cavities that was there after removing old boilers .The workmen we’re very professional and did a very outstanding job,they also cleaned up any mess they made and took both old boilers away. I would definitely recommend this company

New combi-boiler and radiator installed in two days. Old boiler,cylinder and tanks removed. Wouldn't have known anybody had been in the house as it was spotless. Well done everybody involved.

I think it is important to support local businesses and therefore we have shopped and used Appliance World since moving to Swinton last year. As soon as we had issues with the boiler we called them in. They quickly diagnosed the current boiler could not be repaired. They then speedily provided us with quotes for replacement boilers. I checked online and their quotes and suggestions were both good quality and reasonably priced. We therefore asked them to replace the boiler which they organised quickly. We had a couple of issues with the fitting but, Chris, their service manager was exceptionally supportive and these were corrected swiftly. Great to see a local company can provide great service. I have used Appliance World for servicing my central heating boiler for over 12 years. Apart from the excellent value of the service contract they are also efficient, quick, friendly and helpful on all occasions, nothing is ever a problem to them, even small issues like a minor leak on radiators. I have recently had a new boiler fitted by them and the install was performed on time and in a professional manner. I had one minor issue with the install and when I queried this the issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction within a few days. I also use Appliance World for all my kitchen appliances such as Washers, Cookers, Fridges etc as they beat competitors prices. The store and engineer staff are all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and well mannered, if they can't answer a question they always do their best to find the answers. I have recommended Appliance World to my friends and those who have used them for purchases or Boiler contracts are all well pleased.

The company was great to deal with from getting a quote to assessment and finally installation. Lee and Lee were excellent communicators and explained the planning in detail, and the installation was mess free and quick and informative with the instructions. I would definitely use them again, but one word of warning, if you get Lee and his helper be sure to get extra sugar in stock as his helper loves the stuff in his brew!

AW Appliances From the first contact with Chris in sales to meeting Lee Bennett’s the engineer I felt confident and relaxed about excepting their quote and allowing them to install the amazing Worcester boiler. The work was carried out by their excellent easy to talk to engineer and the completion was carried on time no problems no faults I have already recommended this company and will take out the service contract with AW Appliances and any further installations. New boiler fitted, great job, came on the day they said. My husband spoke to the two lads who fitted it and said they were good lads.

I chose Appliance World because of their number of excellent reviews. I was not disappointed! Lee and his team replaced my ancient boiler and pipe work, leaving the house amazingly clean and removing all the old stuff. A bit of a hiccup the next day with a radiator valve was dealt with very fast. I can’t recommend Appliance World too highly.

Explained what work would be carried out on the first/second day constantly cleaned up after each area was completed. Explained about upgrading to phone control after I inquired about possibility (This is not something we wanted at the time but may reconsider in the future) went through the controls thoroughly and the engineer was in no rush to leave would certainly recommend this supplier.

We have used Appliance World over the past few years to maintain our central heating boiler and when the time came to replace this we did not hesitate in requesting a quotation from them. The quotation provided by Appliance World was clear and concise. We were having other work carried out around the house at the time and Lee and the team were very flexible in allowing us to work around the times available for them to install the new boiler. Once they started, the work was carried out professionally, promptly and to a high standard. I would not hesitate in recommending Appliance World.
