I chose Appliance World because of their number of excellent reviews. I was not disappointed! Lee and his team replaced my ancient boiler and pipe work, leaving the house amazingly clean and removing all the old stuff. A bit of a hiccup the next day with a radiator valve was dealt with very fast. I can’t recommend Appliance World too highly.

Quote assessment carried out on a Friday afternoon Revived written document Next day Via E-mail (Saturday) Engineers turned up prompt. Explained what work would be carried out on the first/second day constantly cleaned up after each area was completed. Explained about upgrading to phone control after I inquired about possibility (This is not something we wanted at the time but may reconsider in the future) went through the controls thoroughly and the engineer was in no rush to leave would certainly recommend this supplier.

We have used Appliance World over the past few years to maintain our central heating boiler and when the time came to replace this we did not hesitate in requesting a quotation from them. The quotation provided by Appliance World was clear and concise. We were having other work carried out around the house at the time and Lee and the team were very flexible in allowing us to work around the times available for them to install the new boiler. I had a new boiler fitted on 26/2 by Lee and an apprentice. Lee arrived at the time arranged. He proceeded to get on with the work and when he had finished telephoned to tell me that the work was done, as I had gone out to leave him to do the job in peace. The work was done with the usual degree of professionalism that I associate with Appliance World. The whole process, from identifying the boiler problem, deciding that it was not financially viable to repair a 14-year-old boiler and fitting a new boiler took three days. I am very pleased with the service that I received from Appliance World.

Been having a few issues with a boiler approximately 12 years old. Have used Appliance World for a couple of years for breakdown cover, always very reactive and timely. When thinking about replacing the boiler asked AW for a quote which was good in relation to others received. All my questions pre contract answered quickly and efficiently. Flush of existing radiators done in advance of boiler replacement. Boiler replaced in one day, engineers very respectful of property, and took great care to cause as little inconvenience as possible. Very tidy, and well mannered. Excellent job done very happy customer.

We received a competitive quote from the company and the initial survey carried out was done efficiently taking into account Covid safety masks etc. Quote delivered within 3 days, we chose date fir work to be carried out. Arrived on time, very polite and efficient workers. Worked very well and kept everything clean and tidy. Explained how new Hive hub worked waited for me to set up and trial it. Explained further visit required to change a pipe to new regulations. This has now been completed. I would highly recommend this company
