I called Conservatory Medic as I had a very persistent and damaging leak from within my conservatory guttering and fascia that another company had failed to rectify despite two previous attempts. Conservatory Medic very quickly identified the underlying problem and also suggested means of incidentally improving the overall drainage from the roof by adding a second downpipe. The work was carried out to a high standard and the fitters were pleasant and entirely professional.

The panels on my conservatory roof had slipped. They needed to be pushed up into their original position and secured. Old lead flashing was removed and replaced with new. The final part of the job was an external valet. All works were carried out professionally and to an exceptionally high standard. Very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Ariah to all.

Efficient and thorough job
Conservatory Medic replaced a leaking glass roof on an Amdega conservatory with board, felt and synthetic tiles, fitted a replacement internal shelf, set up a new downpipe to avoid gutter overspill and painted the inside of the conservatory. We were very impressed by the end result and by the thorough, efficient and courteous job done by CM's two-man team. Everything came in as per the original estimate. I would recommend the company to anyone wishing to have similar work carried out.

Ian was very helpful with my initial enquiry and it was dealt with professionally. The two young men who came to do the work, were a credit to the company. They were both very helpful, courteous and polite, answering all my silly questions. They were also Covid 19 compliant and cleared up all mess. Thanks to them both.

Ian came to repair our 8 year old wooden Amdega conservatory, which had been leaking from the roof. Having visited previously to provide a quote, Ian fixed our conservatory within the day. They were clean, tidy, polite and well priced. More importantly the conservatory hasn’t leaked since! Thoroughly recommend.

I had a leak in the conservatory roof and the work was undertaken ahead of schedule and within the quote originally provided. There was excellent customer relations with a full explanation of the work required at the time of quote and again by the firms operatives on the day of the actual repair. Everything was clearly explained on the day and I was given the opportunity to actually see what was causing the problem. The operatives were friendly, polite and clearly efficient. I was reassured by the aftercare offered if it was required.

Repaired conservatory roof following storm damage and fitted new UPVC doors just after lockdown was eased. We were very impressed by the professionalism and standard of work carried out, including providing reassurance to our neighbours over the effect of this work on their property. Although the work took slightly longer than expected and there were problems with the door mechanism, we were kept fully informed with the issues and were kept updated with any changes to scheduled work (eg due to delays in receiving parts etc). I would recommend this company due to the quality of their work and the level of service provided.
