We had a disaster on our white sitting room carpet and were considering getting a new one. When I called Matt, he was reassuring and knowledgeable, telling me exactly what to expect when he came round and what it would cost. When he arrived and saw the issue, he explained what the options were, got rid of the stains and sanitised the carpet along with a dirty patch on the sofa. Fantastic! Not only is it clean again but it smells great. Matt was really pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Ascend Professional Cleaning.

We searched around for a competitively priced furniture cleaning company and decided to go with Ascend based on feedback and price. Matt came over to clean our lounge suite and a few other arm chairs. Throughout his visit he was courteous and professional. He got to work straight away and completed the job in good time. When the job was completed Matt advised us on the steps to take to avoid any damage and to ensure that the furniture dried as quickly as possible. We were very happy with the service provided by Ascend and would definitely look to them again in the future.

From the first telephone call to when the job was completed was so professional. Communication was great, Matt came on time, he explained what he was doing and gave us information for once the job was done. I thought the price was very good and it saved me money as I was going to buy a new rug but decided to get it cleaned, so happy I did, the rug is quite old and it now looks like new. I would certainly recommend him to others.

Had a large carpet and stairs and landong cleaned. The stairs and landing look brand new. And almost dry by the time he finished the rug. The rug came out cleaner than it was when we had it fitted. He took time doing the jobs and treated all stains at no extra cost! Mat explained the process and what he was doing at each stage and even left shoe covers to prevent anyome walking om the dampy flooring when finished. Very professional and friendly. Already booked him in again to clean sofas. I would recommend Ascend to anyone wanting a professional clean and safe for children and pets.

Matt was brilliant! Really responsive and flexible with getting an appointment booked in, knowledgeable on arrival and professional in completing the job. Matt took care of the carpets throughout the house, which were stained and hairy from a previous owner?s pet alongside general wear, tear and dirtiness. The results are amazing - super clean carpets, stains removed and has made moving in to our home a lot nicer. Would really recommend Matt and Ascend for anyone looking to sort their carpets out.
