Contacted Assured Heating, who promptly came back to me with a date when they could visit to give me a quote. Came when advised, sent me the quote within days, very competitive and detailed quote. Which I approved and arranged a date for installation. As yet the work has not commenced, due to start tomorrow.

Thank you for replacing my awkward sink unit with a nice shiny new one. Please tell Rob that the extendable tap is working now, the tap just needed twisting.

Removed Baxi Bermuda boiler and gas fire. Removed cold water storage tank in the loft and the immersion tank in the airing cupboard. All the original pipework was removed. Total disposal of all redundant materials. Worcester Bosch combi boiler fitted in the airing cupboard with the flu going through the loft and through the roof. Gas supply to the new boiler by means of pipework from the front to the back of our house, then up into the loft and down into the airing cupboard. It is very unobtrusive and all the copper pipework is immaculately and neatly designed with no outward evidence of such a major operation having been carried out. Such a massive refurbishment of our heating system was completed in one day by Lee and Dan of Assured Heating. They were efficient, very tidy and most friendly. Completed in one day with minimum disruption! From the time of the original estimate given by the proprietor, all procedures were fully explained. Since the installation, there have been several follow-up checks to ensure the quality of the work done. An excellent company with a large team of highly efficient engineers.

We needed a new central heating system and having read the feedback, completed an online questionnaire and then Lee popping round to discuss the final details of the quote, we decided to go with Assured Heating. We have to say it has been a real pleasure dealing with Lee and his team. From quote right through to the final installation they have all been great. We had Dan and Lee (the other Lee!) complete the installation in just 2 days. We were in the house throughout the installation as being in lockdown 2 we weren't able to do much! It wasn’t as noisy as we had first thought and being onsite had its advantages when it came to any questions either of them had. They were like the dynamic duo, Lee runs everywhere multi-tasking along the way and Dan’s pipework is a work of art, shame it will be hidden in the loft! One of the radiators had a small chip and Lee returned the next day to replace it in under 20 mins! All the paperwork was received within a week of the works being completed and a quality assurance visit by Mr Lee answered the last of our questions. We would highly recommend Assured Heating and are so pleased with the result and the friendly staff. Nothing has been too much trouble and we will certainly be using them each year to maintain our central heating system.

Gas Boiler Service carried out on 9.9.20. Engineer arrived on time and carried out the work required. The engineer kept me fully informed on the state of my boiler as the work progressed. Assured Heating highly recommended.

From quote to install it took only a week. The quote was prompt and well explained, the price competitive. The team arrived on time and left my kitchen cleaner than they found it.
