Ben originally came to service the boiler in a house we purchased a couple of years back. But told me it was basically old and dangerous. (the plumber previously brushed off any worries I had about the boiler) Ben recommended to fit a new boiler and squeezed us in as a priority. (very grateful!) This was 6 months ago and have had no issues since. We will now use Ben to service it and any other jobs needed.

We recently had our bathroom renovated and Atkins did a fantastic job! We had a full refit including floor and wall tiling and plumbing a new suite. Ben and the team worked really hard and we would highly recommend them. They are friendly, trustworthy and efficient. Everything was finished to a high standard and with minimal mess or disruption to the rest of the house. Ben also returned on multiple occasions to do some adjustments that were needed once the job was completed. You can rely on Atkins for a professional finish!

Ben has twice serviced my boiler which has presented with minor irritating faults that are not obvious to understand. Ben has been brilliant at finding solutions and offering advice. Anything but a sharp intake of breath and a “this is going to be expensive “. Highly recommended.

I have had two jobs done by Atkins moving pipework in the Loft space also six radiators flushed drained with new thermo valves fitted and the whole system checked including boiler very satisfied all round with his work and attitude. Turned up on time on both occasions.

Ben did a bathroom installation for us. He was really professional. We're happy with the job from start to finish. He was clean and tidy. The bathroom has a really good quality finish, get a lot of compliments. Would highly recommend.

Ben installed a new boiler and moved a radiator. Happy as we now have a lovely warm house and hot water. Ben took pride in his work, was friendly and cared about the working he was doing. He was clean and tidied up after himself. Explained everything and gave us all the paperwork. Would recommend.
