I have used this garage for Audi repairs over a period of years without any problems until today, I got a quote for my service of just over £220, had it done and was presented with a bill for £281, when I queried this I was told I was wrong I had never been quoted £220 so an argument ensued to which they were not backing down and I had to pay to get my car. I telephoned my local Audi main dealer and was quoted £290 for the same service, Audi4u did not use genuine Audi parts and so the Audi main dealer is much better value for money, so I will be using them from now on

I would not recommend this garage because they overcharge for their services, and they don't even provide good quality labour. I came back to them with the same oil leak 3 times after a full service! They did a very poor job on the rocker cover gasket, replacing fuel cap for no reason also charging me for that, and not noticing a big issue with the engine. Poor labour for this amount of money is a joke. Stay away from these guys, trust the reviews on the internet and go somewhere else.

we were presented a vehicle for a service that had multiple oil leaks and oil all over the engine. we replaced the parts that were leaking badly and cleaned the engine to be able to see if there were any more small oil leaks later on. The vehicle came back with oil around the oil cap, so this was replaced (not the fuel cap) at which point we advised that if there was still oil coming in this area it was likely a larger issue and would require investigating. Please do not confuse our labour quality with the fact that you asked us to do the job as cheaply as possible.

i recently had my sump repaired and my car mot done with audi4u, the customer service was excellent I had use of their pool car while mine was having work done, really great value for money too, would definitely recommend

My car has been regularly maintained by Audi 4 U following servicing etc by main dealer (Audi) which was not satisfactory nor value for money! However, all work undertaken by staff at Audi 4 U has been first class & excellent value for money. My car performs like new!
