Covering Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex and The Home Counties, we have been trading for over 10 years and specialise in replacement boiler and heating systems.

We focus on providing excellent service and workmanship. Our home based engineers are still handpicked by the Managing Director to ensure we get the best possible.

We work on all fuels - Gas, Oil or LPG. As a business we offer Service contracts for new and existing boilers with a 24/7 emergency call out cover.

All engineers are Gas Safe Registered. We are Diamond Level Accredited Installers for Worcester Bosch but offer other brands of boilers too. Our new Worcester Bosch installations come with an extended 12 Year Boiler Guarantee.

On finance new boilers start at just £14 per month and we have the best interest rates at only 7.9% APR

Aura Gas installed a new boiler in our property in February 2017 and completed the follow up service this month. I am delighted with the service I have received from this company and have found all aspects of their customer service to be excellent including the workmanship and courtesy of the engineer who undertook the work. He is a credit to the company! I would hesitate to recommend aura gas to potential new customers.

Our boiler failed a week before Christmas; our local installer quoted for a replacement, but then raised the quote by £1500. I contacted British Gas, and Aura in a panic. The British Gas surveyor told me it was too complicated; the Aura surveyor (Tim) surveyed the job carefully, did some online research and gave me a competitive price on the spot. They bent over backwards timewise, and reorganising their fitters to get us in before Christmas. Tom and Jes (the fitters) were clean, considerate and very competent, overcoming the British Gas "problems" easily. Our heating was working perfectly by Christmas. I'm so pleased that I found such an honest and helpful company in this uncertain age, and I can thoroughly recommend Aura Gas.

From the original survey through to completion, Aura were a pleasure to work with. The back office staff were helpful, courteous and quick to deal with queries. The installer was efficient, helpful, tidy and friendly. Highly recommended.

Absolutely over the moon. I had Pat Gibbons as my engineer, and he went out of his way to make sure that the job was perfect, jumping all the difficulties that my house through at him. Super happy. Aura gas did deliver what they quote me for. Good service, good job and good price.

Wasn't the cheapest option,but the original survey engineer was the only one NOT trying to sell me things I didn't need or want. He listened to what I wanted, and suggested various options.. left me several choices and gave me time to think. I telephoned and said I wanted to go ahead with one of the options, and was given several dates to choose from. On the day selected, the installation engineer (Mr Callum Smith) arrived 10 minutes EARLY ( a first for me, normally tradesmen turn up late !!) A Very pleasant and personable young man, who had the old boiler out, new boiler in, system flushed, tested, cleared up, and instructions given, paperwork completed and away... it was like he'd never been!!! Excellent worker, very neat and tidy, and obviously expert at his job. Would, without any qualms, recommend this company to anyone requiring a new boiler or new system.

Prompt attention and good timekeeping with the installation of a gas boiler. The installer was courteous and very efficient, and when finished he left the kitchen as clean as he found it. I would recommend Aura Gas Ltd to my best friend.
