We work on all fuels - Gas, Oil or LPG. As a business we offer Service contracts for new and existing boilers with a 24/7 emergency call out cover.

All engineers are Gas Safe Registered. We are Diamond Level Accredited Installers for Worcester Bosch but offer other brands of boilers too. Our new Worcester Bosch installations come with an extended 12 Year Boiler Guarantee.

Very happy that I went with Auragas to replace my Boiler. The surveyor, Francis was experienced and knowledgeable and the fitter, Greg equally good. All went according to plan so I have no complaints at all.

I was pleased with the entire process, from the initial survey and quotation to the final installation. This was not a straight forward replacement, as living in a block of flats, the boiler had to be re- sited due to changes in regulations over the last 10/15 years. The work was carried out to schedule , and despite taking longer to do because of some unexpected work, they kept to the original price. Communication with the Company was always easy. Was very impressed with the installer who answered all my questions, was very tidy, punctual, and cleared up every where. Would have no hesitation in recommending this Company

Booked the engineer through the office and he turned up on time, the guys name was Matt, a very polite helpful guy, he was very friendly, he was the same guy who serviced the boiler earlier this year, a real credit and ambassador for the company.

Painless Service

Bought an Auro system 12 months along with a service contract. Annual service carried out today by Matt. On the day office text in advance that he was on his way and Matt phoned prior to say he was 5 mins away and to confirm house nbr, parking etc. Great guy friendly but not over the top. Work carried out quickly and without any issues. Job done was explained and asked if there were any problems with radiators, running the boiler etc. With this, the first service and the installation and office support, Auroa have proved themselves a first class company.

Thermostat replacement

A broken thermostat needed to be replaced under the service contract. All employees from the Customer Service Advisor in the office to the apprentice who accompanied the engineer, were extremely polite, efficient and friendly. I particularly appreciated the regular communication regarding the exact timing of their arrival as the time slots are quite wide.

We took some time considering various quotes for our new boiler installation, Aura gas were by far the most professional and organised. We were given clear information of what was involved in the installation, and how long it would take. The boiler engineer was friendly, and cleaned and tidied after he had finished. He ensured that we were fully satisfied and happy with his work. After experiencing problems with our old boiler in the first year of installation, we took out the option of the annual service contract, which was a great price for the first year. We would highly recommend Aura to anybody considering boiler installation.

Great service
As a new boiler was needed I have asked for a few quotes from various providers. Aura Gas was by far the best offer! They used Skype for an initial assessment and by the end of the day, I had the quote emailed. Their engineer came over and I had everything fitted as agreed by the end of the day. Very friendly and professional staff too! I have then decided to have my boiler covered by Aura Gas and cancelled the cover I had in place. One year down the line.. all works fine and never had "boiler nightmares" since! Strongly recommend them!

The engineer came on the agreed date and texted the night before to remind me that he was coming. Arrived on time and worked solidly until the job was completed. Very pleased with the end result. All mess cleared up and old boiler disposed of. Engineer was very polite and informative. Prior to deciding to go with Aura gas I was very indecisive as had several quotes to choose from. Their customer care was excellent and answered all my questions and gave me information regarding a disabled grant that no other gas provider did. Their quote was the cheapest and I am very happy that I choose Aura gas
