Covering Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex and The Home Counties, we have been trading for over 10 years and specialise in replacement boiler and heating systems.

We focus on providing excellent service and workmanship. Our home based engineers are still handpicked by the Managing Director to ensure we get the best possible.

We work on all fuels - Gas, Oil or LPG. As a business we offer Service contracts for new and existing boilers with a 24/7 emergency call out cover.

All engineers are Gas Safe Registered. We are Diamond Level Accredited Installers for Worcester Bosch but offer other brands of boilers too. Our new Worcester Bosch installations come with an extended 12 Year Boiler Guarantee.

Quotes for new boilers are offered at no obligation.

This company were amazing from the start to finish. Always on time and very helpful. Our engineer Glen was very professional and my wife was at home all day when he was here and felt very at ease and informed he could not be more helpful. He explained everything to her. The work is finished to a very high standard and the pipe work has been kept to a minimum and well finished. Could not be happier and would highly recommend.

From start to finish Aura have been professional, efficient and timely. The fitter Greg was one of the best engineers I have had in my house. He was neat, tidy and worked extremely hard for the two days he was in the house. I am very pleased with the job.

Annual boiler service

Today I had my annual boiler service carried out by Aura Gas Ltd. It's always a bit daunting on the day a tradesman is due to call, you never quite know if they are going to show up or indeed the quality of their work. So it's a pleasure to report that all went well. I'd had the date fixed a while back, so it was good to receive a text on the day informing me that the engineer was on his way. He arrived in good time, was polite, friendly and did a thorough job. This is the second year Aura Gas has done the service and I've been very impressed with their work. I'd be happy to recommend them.

Our engineer Glen, arrived promptly at given time. He got to work straight away. He was pleasant and informative with regards to what he was doing. There was no mess, just the hum of an efficient boiler doing its best. A big thank you to Glen and all at Aura Gas.

Alan carried out our Annual Boiler Service today and was kitted up with Face Mask for Social Distancing Safety. When he arrived he waited for me to go to another room then came in and carried out the annual service on our Boiler , he was very Polite and made sure I understood what he had done. He left our Boiler Cupboard clean and tidy, I have used Aura Gas not only to fit the new boiler (3 years ago) but to do our annual service since it was fitted as we trust them with our safety.

Can’t recommend this company enough . Their staff are lovely! friendly and respectful . The work was completed to my expectations and in less time than quoted and Greg Morris was my engineer . Greg was polite , efficient and a delight to have Working in my home . He got straight on with the job , left no mess what so ever and took time to explain everything to me in detail leaving me feeling very confident about the work I’d had done and very satisfied with the price I’d paid for the service . I’d def recommend as I’m a female living alone and have previously had very bad experiences with tradesmen one my home .

My engineer was very polite and professional. I’m an anxious person and was uncomfortable about being alone in my flat with a strange man but he put me at ease straight away. I was able to carry on working from at home and let him get on with the job
