We focus on providing excellent service and workmanship. Our home based engineers are still handpicked by the Managing Director to ensure we get the best possible.

We work on all fuels - Gas, Oil or LPG. As a business we offer Service contracts for new and existing boilers with a 24/7 emergency call out cover.

All engineers are Gas Safe Registered. We are Diamond Level Accredited Installers for Worcester Bosch but offer other brands of boilers too. Our new Worcester Bosch installations come with an extended 12 Year Boiler Guarantee.

Job: Replaced a biomass boiler with an electric one, new thermostatic radiator valves, flushed c/h system, refilled system, tested it all. Pros: Very swift estimate delivered after surveyors inspection. System tested fully & all controls explained patiently. Work completed to the agreed budget. Cleaned & cleared up after work completed. Arrived on time and conscientious engineers re working. Cheerfully & informatively answered my questions. Cons: Came one day late as illness of an engineer. Half a day longer in duration & 2 days late in finishing as had to wait for a replacement part from boiler manufacturers, who were 1 hours drive away, as new boiler faulty. Took 5-15 minutes to get company to answer phone & 2 requested callbacks not followed up on.

A bitter experience of my life. Quoted a fixed price for new boiler. Engineer replaced boiler however unable to connect boiler with controller. The engineer admitted that he is plumbing engineer and not electrician so he contacted the company and advised that they will send electric engineer who will reconnect boiler with controller. No one turned after 2 days so I called and no one was aware of leftover job. Then they blamed on wiring as cause of leftover job and consider dangerous. Not agreed as if it was dangerous, how come they connected boiler with same wiring but not boiler to controller. After days of calls, I agreed to pay if new wiring required (uplifting floor board from first floor room, installation of new wires from room to boiler in kitchen). Next person came and he simply reconnected old wire with boiler and controller via a junction box and both boiler and controller started working without a new wiring as they advised. Wiring no more dangerous now. However, they charged extra amount which they quoted for additional job. Blame was completely shifted to one wire near to boiler. I would not recommend this rubbish company to anyone. Please pay little more to well-known company for peace of mind otherwise you regret like me. Please also note that they would not do brick work which they break during work

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. All our quotations are a fixed price for the work that we have quoted to complete. All of our engineers have experience to wire up the boilers. Unfortunately where the system wiring was damaged, which appeared to have been chewed through, and new wiring was required we could not complete this as part of the origional job so a new job was completed, this was a chargeable job. We are pleased that once the wiring was resolved this worked.

Aura carried out a very thorough survey and provided a good detailed quotation for the work agreed. The planning team worked through a schedule which fitted into our diary very well. On the day planned Aura arrived, removed an old Back Boiler and Immersion tank and over the full three days of work fitted a new Condensing Worster Boiler in the loft along with the associated pipe work. Our water supply was only turned off for a total of two hours during the three days because the engineer, apart from being very well qualified, devised with their planning operations team the sequence of work to minimise any disruption to us. The whole team that we spoke to were courteous, did exactly what they said they would do and in the time agreed. I thoroughly recommend Aura Gas as a company that, for us, provided a quality installation, well planned and executed at a realistic price.

Aura Gas installed a new Worcester-Bosh 25i for me in May 2018. The boiler broke down 6 months later, leaving me without heating or hot water (fault EA 227 according to the info panel). Aura Gas took about 15 minutes to answer my call so I could report the problem. They told me that they will charge me a ‘call out charge’ since it’s a problem with the boiler, and the manufacturer needs to sort this out. How’s that for their claim on their website “Providing peace of mind that your new boiler will be repair bill free for 12 years”..! 12 years..! They cannot do even 6 months. It is misleading, to say the least.. well, actually the claim is total rubbish, and you should not trust it. The earliest appointment Worcester-Bosh was able to give me was in 3 days; there are 17 degrees in my flat right now. They don’t really care. There were some issues during the installation; Before they provided the quote, they did the video survey. The said they will not need scaffolding or a ladder to install the flue. However, when the engineer came he said he cannot install the flue, and he needs someone to go there with the ladder, so the flue would go past the roof; luckily that person was available, and he came, otherwise the installation would not have happened.Another thing was that the engineer tried to push me to sign the papers before the job was finished and before I could check all was ok. I said no, and after that his attitude changed; he wasn’t rude or anything, just ... unhelpful.

Thank you for sharing your experience. unfortunately although the boiler has a 12 year guarantee this does not include the old existing pipework and system which led to an issue. Worcester Bosch will alsways respond to faults and repair their boiler but the timeframes are given by them and Aura Gas do not control these. I am pleased that the issue was resolved to provide working heating and water again.

They removed an old tank combi boiler and fitted a new 36 combi boiler. The fitters were very polite and helpful and did a great job in the agreed time.

Tom was sent to repair my faulty boiler, which he did thoroughly after his prompt arrival. He was smart and pleasant. After completing the planned work, the boiler began to make a strange ticking noise. Unable to find this fault Tom rang Baxi for help, but they had not had this problem before. Eventually Tom managed to fix the fault (in the toilet). A very efficient service.
