We had a loft conversion done in the middle of Lockdown in 2020 to free up space for an office - a daft but brave decision under the circumstances. Ross and the team were brilliant from start to finish and were considerate to us whilst building on a site with a young family. They supportive in helping create a vision with options as to how to bring the build to life by drawing upon their own experience and patiently suggesting ideas to make minor adaptations as we we went through. Covid had its say with some minor delays to materials but all said and done the team at Aztec did all they could to make up the ground lost on something which was outwith of their control. We chose Aztec on recommendation locally and interestingly the more people we spoke to friends & colleagues about our project the more endorsements we received after we had already started. First class from start to finish, and more than happy to recommend.

Ross and his team bought our vision to life! Despite covid delaying things his team were very professional, and delivered a great final product, keeping our Barns existing character and adding lots more bringing beams and stone walls into play across two bedrooms, a bathroom and an open plan third level gallery. I would 100% recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish including through what was a difficult period during COVID-19. We have been very pleased with the finished product and the quality of the work is high.

Aztech completed our loft conversion and rear/side extension to a very high standard and kept stress to a minimum. Throughout the build, communication was great. Ross was always on hand to answer queries/keep us up to date with progress. The team were also very accommodating when we made tweaks to plans as the project was underway. During a project of the size of ours, we expected to have many different trades people in and around the house. The thing that stood out was that every single one of them were really polite, professional & trustworthy. Always on time, respectful of our space when we were in the house and sometimes even came on a weekend in order to keep to schedule. The only negative surprise we had along the way was the additional costs for electrics - the quote was based on a set requirement but when it came to working out what we needed, it was quite a bit more. Being warned about this upfront would have helped us budget. However, other quotes we received were done in the same way so this is more of a 'heads up' than a criticism. Snagging was completed promptly and we're very happy with the finished space. Aztech have transformed our house and we love the extra space..... we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!!

Aztech completed our loft conversion to a very high standard and all snags were corrected as and when reported. The team were very friendly and professional and the work areas were left spotless every night - the only area for improvement would be the completion timings which were estimated at around 3-4 weeks but stretched to 7+ weeks fully completed. That said, work did not stop for any period of time and continued daily throughout and the delays were genuinely unavoidable to ensure that the standard of work was maintained - Ross and the team were great from start to finish and we would recommend to anyone looking for a high quality conversion... neighbours have commented that the finish looks as though the loft has always been in place since the original build..
