BPM was founded in 1996 as "Battersea Plumbers Merchants". Over the years BPM has grown and evolved as a business and company when it comes to contemporary bathroom and designer kitchen installation and design. Good at small things - I have had minor plumbing work done quickly and efficiently. Bathroom end of business, which is reasonable value, better than kitchens that has limited product range and some quality issues. Some capable tradespeople, but in my opinion VERY poor at project management, with issues regarding installation quality and timekeeping. I feel there were far too many corners cut and bodges made. I also felt that they were poor at listening to instructions and sharing information in a timely manner and lots of internal communications concerns; messages left do not seem to get to the relevant staff member. When mistakes are made, they are not acknowledged and I believe I was given some excuse used as a fob off. Seem to loose interest once paid and I think that the aftercare leaves something to be desired
