BPM was founded in 1996 as "Battersea Plumbers Merchants". Over the years BPM has grown and evolved as a business and company when it comes to contemporary bathroom and designer kitchen installation and design. Through the dedication of our team, the standards we have in place, paying attention to details, the customer care we provide and quality of suppliers we work with, we have become the primary choice for clients looking for a new kitchen, walk in showers and features such as wet rooms.

BPM continues to hold onto its roots as a family run business. We only work with the best suppliers and fitters enabling us to provide high craftsmanship when it comes to areas like bathrooms and contemporary kitchen design. We have high standards and utilize our crew on in-house projects at our bathroom showrooms before before we assign them to customer projects. We ensure the highest standard of workmanship, and attention to detail is guaranteed to all our customers

BPM did my entire bathroom and living room/kitchen. Really good quality work with no corners cut, they were complete experts at knowing what would look good and making that vision become a reality. All the little things that make a room look and feel good, they had thought of everything. They also really helped in their spare time if I had any questions, always early to start work and tidy. If you want a classy looking room, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Brian of BPM Renovations did an excellent no-drama construction job in terms of timing, quality and service, including looking after my neighbours. Contract and cost was agreed up front and anything extra I wanted (or decided not to have) was factored in along the way. BPM can recommend a party wall surveyor, architect, engineer and building control if needed. Being busy, using Richard, Emily and Peter of BPM Bathrooms and Kitchens as well ensured a stylish, quality and timely finish without any of the potential problems of sourcing fittings elsewhere. Having a local showroom presence for the renovation kitchen and bathrooms made communication throughout the project straightforward. Well done and thank you.

Over the moon with my Bathroom. BPM was recommended to me through a friend as they had previously done some work in their home. Richard suggested different bathroom products which he thought would suit my home as it is very traditional and I was pleased with them all. The Estimate for work was very detailed and reasonably priced. Work started fairly soon after I agreed to go ahead and finished within a few weeks just in time for Christmas. The work was carried out very fast and efficiently with no problems. I would definitely recommend BPM.

Bathroom and Kitchen refurb - Good quality products and kept my budget in mind. The fitters were very hardworking, the work was finished earlier than planned and very clean! I cannot fault work done by BPM especially the tiling. I would definitely recommend BPM.

Good at small things - I have had minor plumbing work done quickly and efficiently. Bathroom end of business, which is reasonable value, better than kitchens that has limited product range and some quality issues. Some capable tradespeople, but in my opinion VERY poor at project management, with issues regarding installation quality and timekeeping. I feel there were far too many corners cut and bodges made. I also felt that they were poor at listening to instructions and sharing information in a timely manner and lots of internal communications concerns; messages left do not seem to get to the relevant staff member. When mistakes are made, they are not acknowledged and I believe I was given some excuse used as a fob off. Seem to loose interest once paid and I think that the aftercare leaves something to be desired
