A blocked gutter/down pipe plus torrential rain was causing water damage to the ceiling. Bailey James Roofing arrived within half an hour of my call and unblocked the pipe. Very helpful, professional and friendly service and very reasonable price. I've made a diary note to book them to get all the gutters cleaned this winter.

Lee and Benny are top notch roofers. Their work is of a very high standard, they left the place clean and tidy and were polite and hard working. I had several quotes, nearly all including scaffolding, Lee said they could manage without and that really helped with the cost. Nothing was too much trouble for them, I would highly recommend them.

Lee was very friendly, reviewed the issue quickly and quoted with with a competitive price. Had an issue with our guttering and flashing below our loft conversion. On the day he completed the work very quickly and to a high standard. Good communicator and would highly recommend.

I engaged Bailey James to replace my roof, after a bad experience with previous 'Roofers' , Lee and Benny did a great job, Lee answered any questions I had and made the whole experience as stress free as possible, they cleaned up all the rubble and left my house tidy (they even helped me to clear rubbish from my loft). They were both courteous throughout the project. I would definitely recommend them.

I had my roof replaced , new tiles put on and drainage done. The work was done to a very high standard with very little disruption. Bailey James ( lee) was very professional and I would highly Recommend him and his company. They left the place clean and tidy and finished the work on schedule. I was very happy .
