The lads were so helpful and friendly which made the day a little less stressful. Absolutely fantastic experience they worked so hard to take care of our belongings . I would recommend Ballards to anybody moving home if you want great service with a smile.

The whole experience from Ballards was fantastic, any questions were answered to make us feel at ease, packing material was delivered to us, including portable wardrobes which made life so much easier. We were incredibly impressed from start to finish. From when Steve Lund came to quote and to go through the service offered and even praised his nearest competitors, to when 'Big Ee' finished assembling my daughter's complicated wardrobe we were delighted. Ian didn't just assembly it, but improved the previous problem we had had with the runners. He was such a star, he even offered to assemble a bed we had here which was not part of the original move. Not a single item we have unpacked thus far has been broken! The whole team did a fantastic job and we would recommend them without hesitation. After an incredibly poor experience with Premier Removals who had offered to match a quote and then sent abusive emails, we were delighted to find and support this local company.

Ballards Removals Ltd., from beginning to end, went out of their way to keep the stress of moving house to a minimum. Arrived on the day prior to move to box and prepare for the move day. Every care was taken of our belongings, packed and boxed securely. On the day the final packing took place and transfer to our new home. The team of Sadie, Pete, Stuart and Ian kept us involved in the pack/unpack, and nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend Ballards Removals Ltd., to seamlessly move your home, professionally and with great care.

From Mr Ballard’s visit to give us a quote to the job being finished everything was dealt with with efficiency, care and courtesy by all.
