Blue Lantern gave advice with options for a rewire and was the only contractor to do so. All others just quoted for a full rewire regardless of whether there were other options. My apartment has been fully re-wired with a new circuit board with smoke alarms conforming to the latest regulations. Advice was given freely for all replacement lanterns regarding suitability before purchase. The spots are excellent for decorating ie the bulb and facing cover can be easily removed to enable decorating over the base plate thereby improving the finished ceiling repaint. Furniture and shelving etc were all covered and protected and there were no issues with leaving storage in place. All cable channels were bonded ready for finishing and the flat left clean. I would thoroughly recommend Blue Lantern - a professional service, advice and finish.
