The business was founded in 1960 and is prides itself on offering a fast professional, high quality service. We are Banbury's ONLY RDI qualified Registered Digital Installer and members of the Confederation of Aerial Installers (CAI) – a government backed body that ensures top quality industry standards. We are also CHAS accredited having demonstrated compliance with current health and safety legislation. Banbury Aerials has contracts with local authorities, national builders and leading distributors of electrical appliances.

We give all our customers confidence and peace of mind offering 12 months warranty on all our products, a bespoke service and excellent value for money, which is so important.

After buying a new Humax box we had problems with reception with HD channels. They came within a couple of days of my ringing, were on time, diagnosed the problem and fitted a new aerial quickly and cleanly. They tested the reception and explained everything. Could not have been better.

The guys arrived to resolve a long standing issue, and rather than just try and fix it (which probably wouldn't have worked successfully), they came up with a creative technical solution which works splendidly and didn't cost the earth. In addition they were courteous at all times and patient with my lack of technical knowledge. They even tided up my old aerial and dish installation... thanks guys :-) ! I would happily recommend them to anyone considering Freeview, Freesat or Sky installations.

Came round for an ‘unknown’ fault on 2 aerials. They tested both and did a simple fix which corrected both. They had every opportunity to fabricate a bigger problem but they just did exactly the right thing... trustworthy and reliable - a great experience all round - many thanks...

Removal of old TV bracket and a fitting of a new TV. Unfortunately it would not fit in the existing bracket. The Banbury Aerials Engineer showed great flexibility by going away and coming back with the correct bracket. He also came back at the end of the day to train us on using the system. This was over and above, the call of duty and left a very satisfied customer!
