Having employed many sub-contractors over the years, with differing levels of satisfaction, it was an absolute pleasure to engage Bart and his team of Konrad & Pawel to renovate our bathroom. The work included a new floor, shower, sink and vanity units, water cistern and complete decoration, including walls and ceiling. Plus, while here, and as an afterthought on our part, they fitted a new kitchen sink! From conception to completion they were faultless; communication leading up to the work was excellent, timekeeping immaculate, any (inevitable) blips were immediately dealt with to our complete satisfaction and the end result was simply stunning. The skills these guys possess, whether that be tiling or plastering, plumbing or wallpapering is of the highest standard, they are truly talented in their field, and can turn their hands to any task with aplomb. The work was completed on schedule, and within budget. During and following completion Bart - as the team leader - was always available to discuss any of our enquiries and to act on them accordingly. He is a man of absolute probity and integrity and we would highly recommend him and his excellent team for any kind of building work. Indeed, we are hoping, schedule permitting, he can carry out another couple of projects we have in the pipeline. Great to be able to recommend such a reliable professional trader.

At the initial visit /consultation, Bart provided us with expert advice and practical solutions to upgrade our small bathroom, some of which helped us save on the overall cost. Last November, I rang Bart to ask him if he would could provide a quote for the remedial work to rectify the substandard workmanship on a bathroom and ensuite that had been installed by another contractor in 2019. He arrived promptly on the day we had arranged. Unfortunately, Bart had to leave early to deal with an unforeseen family emergency. He apologised and promised to call back. Not expecting to hear from him until the following week, I was surprised when he rang back later that evening to tell me that he would come back the following day, Saturday. Bart could not have been more helpful, offering valuable advice and also ringing back on several occasions during the next few days, to offer more assistance. My trust and confidence in tradesman had been great tarnished before I met Bart, but his professional and helpful approach has restored it. I can not recommend Bart highly enough and he is a credit to the Which Trusted Trader scheme.

Bart and his team did a wonderful job transforming our dilapidated bathroom into a tranquil haven! Bart was accurate with his quote and kept within budget despite challenges along the way.
