The work was completed to the budget. However, the work was not completed to the timescale as some of the furniture and parts were damaged and needed replacing. This was dealt with byMarius and the team in Chester [Keith was brilliant he ensured that the replacement items were delivered without delay] The thermostat didn’t work properly after two weeks. Again Marius quickly ensured that the replacement part was ordered and installed the parts in good time. As with any building work there are sometimes unforeseen problems that occur. I judge a company on how it responds to issues [excellent customer service] and on this occasion I can confirm that the shop staff, warehouse representative [Keith] and Marius were very professional and certainly customer first in dealing with the design and installation of our bathroom. There is one area which could be improved. Any large organisation has an internal supply chain and the communication between the different departments needs to be good. I found the staff very helpful, however, messages were not always auctioned in a timely manner. If this issue is resolved then I would give a 5 for customer service.
