Scott was a very kind, punctual, knowledgeable and professional. We have had a couple of companies in the past to come and look at the same issue and when Scott came he figured out the problem straight away. Very happy with the whole service we had!

Beaver Pest Control have been looking after our building for the last three years and have been wonderful. We had our first incident of a rat in our building yesterday, and immediately Dessie and Jack sprung into action and were on site within the hour to help us.

Scott came to survey our drains to establish the ingress point for the rat problem that we had been experiencing. Scott and his colleague Rob were fantastic. We greatly appreciated Scott's thoroughness, professionalism and empathetic understanding of the unpleasantness and urgency of the problem. He was fantastic. Scott on behalf of Beaver quickly produced a very detailed 32 page report which is enabling us to make decisions about further actions we need to take. The ongoing conversations and communication we are having with Beaver has been to a similarly exemplary standard. To date everything has been done to date and we have been made aware of additional costs as necessary. We highly recommend Beaver Pest Control and their very excellent staff and service.

I had a rat coming from the drains into my property. Beaver Pest Control came and set bait and traps, and saw a potential opening from a pipe in the house. After opening the manhole, I saw the rat pop its head out from the drain. So I was happy with the initial visit as the rat entry was identified. This cost was £216. Beaver suggested a High pressure water jetting for £150+Vat, and a Drain survey for £570. I had a visit from Thames Water with their camera who showed our pipes were fine and they told me to get a one way valve installed. I told Beaver Pest I did not need a drain survey as Thames Water had been and I just want the valve, as well as the previous Beaver employee had shown the potential exit. Beaver Pest insisted that they couldn’t work out the size or how many valves to install without a drain survey which is £570. The previous Beaver Pest inspector had found the pipe opening, and Thames Water had said our pipes were fine, so Beaver are plainly overcharging customers rather than providing solutions. Ridiculous.

Colin Sexton did a fantastic job. He was on time, polite and sorted the problem out quickly and without fuss.

Daniel has been excellent - very helpful at answering all of our questions and a super personable guy! We would definitely recommend him and Beaver Pest Control.

I ordered two heavy duty screen doors to be fitted at my home, mainly to prevent flies in the summer. From start to finish the service was outstanding. Mick Tierney, came to carry out the initial assessment. He was extremely professional but also pleasant and very responsive to my questions. Throughout the entire process I was left in no doubt that I was a valued customer. It mattered to them that I was happy with the product and the service. The doors were fitted yesterday by Dave. He contacted me to agree the install day. Arrived on time, was also professional and very respectful of my home. True to form Mick called while the doors were being fitted to check that all was going well. I have had extensive work carried out at my home by numerous service providers and expect a high standard. These guys were one of the best. I Cannot praise them and their company BPC highly enough.

Asked Beaver Pest Control to get rid of fox hole under my house. They did a really excellent job in very cramped conditions. Paul and Edouard went the extra mile and did a really thorough job leaving the place looking really tidy afterwards. Thoroughly recommend them. Five stars.

Jason was really helpful. He quickly identified that we had a rat in our flat and where it got in from. The poison he left was clearly effective as the rat was dead within a few days
