We found that the installation of a wall-charger for a hybrid could not be completed by the engineer as the wiring of the electrical supply to the house was below current standards. Mike was able to fit us in to rectify the position at short notice and the work was completed promptly and neatly. This is the third time we have used Bees Electrical this year; we have also had all the halogen lights in the house replaced and had the outdoor security lights and sensor replaced; in each case to our complete satisfaction.

The electrician from BEES Electrical, John, came to our house to change a light fitting which was faulty. He did this perfectly. He also looked at the light in our downstairs toilet, which kept blowing the fuses because of flooding from the bathroom. He fixed a new wireless switch and receiver outside the 'smallest room'. It works perfectly. He was clean and tidied up after himself. Great job. Thank you.

After having an electric garage door fitted I realised that I could not run the cables for the Christmas lights out of the garage. Mike called to discuss what was needed and very quickly arranged to run a cable through the wall and fit. external power boxes. A quick and thorough service. I have used Mike many times in recent years and I have been extremely impressed with the quality of his work and his attention to detail and to safety. Highly recommended.

Bees Electrical are not cheap but they answer the phone quickly, schedule the hour or so work within the week. Came on the day and at the time they had booked, completed the work without fuss or bother. The technician knew what he was doing, was equipped with the right tools and left with everything tidy and smile Bill came in within 24 hours and was paid within twenty-four hours. Good job done. This is the second time we have used Bees for small electrical work. First job well done a couple of years ago which is why we called them back

This drier had given 13yrs. fault free service. After a comprehensive service, the engineer concluded the fault may well be due to scaling up of the heating element , which would be an expensive item to repair, but said try it out again, and see how the drier performed , and if it was not working properly to call them back. the result was it still was not working properly. I decided that as the machine was 13yrs old to invest a new Miele heat pump dryer. Bews ,refunded the service charge, and arranged a suitable time to install the new machine, and remove the old one. An excellent service all round. All the staff I had dealings with were polite, helpful, and I could not fault them
