We choose Adam to replace our Ideal central heating boiler of 1980s vintage as his price, while not necessarily being the cheapest, was competitive and due to the positive reviews on Which?. He started the job by carrying out a thorough descaling and flushing of the system which took a goodly part of the first day. On the second day the new boiler and flue were fitted and pipe work etc modified to suit leaving us with a complete working system by late afternoon. As far as we are concerned Adam certainly lived up to the reputation he has gained in the previous revues, and we would be happy to have him carry out work for us in the future – in fact we have booked him to service our new boiler next year!

Adam changed our oil heating system for a vaillant air source heat pump along with a few other jobs we needed doing during our house renovation. He was so thorough going through everything beforehand to ensure we now have the most efficient system possible. He arrived on time when he said he’d be here, was polite, courteous and extremely tidy. He kept us fully updated on what was happening and how it was all going and was happy to answer any questions we had, even once installation was complete and he had left the job, his knowledge is incredible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Adam to anyone. Absolutely amazing job, thank you!

Adam provided great advice when considering heating options, including underfloor vs radiators and also considering a heatpump. He installed wet underfloor heating in a new extension build project, adding this to our existing central heating system and smart heating controls. The work was top notch and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Adam.

Adam replaced our ancient Potterton boiler with a Vaillant eco-TECH. He was helpful, imaginative about overcoming problems, a neat, clean and tidy workman, was on time, friendly and courteous. He gave us a quotation which was totally in line with the other quotes we received and stuck to it (it is difficult to compare because there was other plumbing work included). The Vaillant is quiet in operation and fits into the old cupboard which some other traders said could not be done (condenser boilers are bigger). Whether it will achieve the energy savings stated is yet to be seen (it is Summer so it is only heating the water) however I can say that the daily consumption of gas since installation has always been lower than the available figures for the old boiler, so it looks good. And there is a 10 year guarantee, so goodbye Homeserve. So, do I recommend Adam? Wholeheartedly! Would I use him again? Certainly! He is already booked for next year's service. My wife and I are totally happy with the installation and the product.

We have used Adam from Berkshire Gas Ltd for two Vaillant Boiler installations: in February 2021 in Wokingham, and in June 2022 in Chineham-Basingstoke. Adam is very courteous, prompt in offering a quote, and does an excellent work with great care and is reasonably priced. He meticulously plans ahead and is confident in his ability to overcome any challenges that may arise. On both occasions, he arrived on time and worked carefully to replace existing and old boilers with new Vaillant EcoFIt Pure condensing gas boilers.

Adam gave us a very competitive quotation. He turned up on the agreed day and completed early. He and young colleague George carried out the work as quoted, despite a few problems which he overcame. They left no mess. We are delighted with their work and would be happy to recommend it to others.

Adam installed a new boiler and radiators throughout the house for us, as well as removing some old, unused pipework. We're incredibly happy with everything Adam did for us, right from the initial estimate up to the end of the job. He came out to see us not once but twice, in order to make sure that the system he was installing would meet all of our requirements. Adam's professionalism was on show right through the job. Everything was done exactly as we agreed, he kept us updated as he went along and everything was left neat and tidy afterwards. Everything went exactly as we would have wished, and we can't recommend him highly enough. He'll definitely be the first person we call if we ever require similar work in the future.

I located Adam on the Which? Trusted Trader site and on the basis of the excellent reviews chose Adam to replace my existing boiler. I was not disappointed and from the start Adam came across in a very professional manner and it was clear that customer service was a very high priority for his company. The installation was carried out on time and budget with the minimum of disruption. The quality of the work was outstanding and Adam kept us informed during each stage of the installation. Adam installed a new boiler, radiators and pipework for us in an old Victorian house - a job that hadn't been done for decades! He completed the work to spec, on time and on budget. From first contact, he was honest, friendly and patient with our ever-changing requirements and various calls and questions! He was always quick to reply, listened to our ideas - and explained the pros and cons of each option open to us. In addition to his expertise, he provided websites/points of reference to help us make good, informed decisions - giving us confidence that our choices were the right ones! His advice was sound and quote competitive (we sense-checked his suggested works with a few other plumbers and builders working on our house - and all agreed with his recommendations). The job itself took about a week, and Adam was always on time, always friendly, always tidy, and was keen to share what he was doing and why (which was great!). The work was completed as per the spec and to a very high standard, and he left the house as he found it (if anything a bit cleaner!). We now have a lovely warm house, beautiful radiators that work, and much better water pressure in the showers/taps. We would wholeheartedly recommend Adam and his team - and he'll be the first number I call when we next need a plumber!

Adam provided us with an excellent service from initial quote to finished work. He arrived on time to quote and also when undertaking the work, provided his quote quickly, answered all of our (numerous) questions knowledgeably and provided good advice and options for the best solution (as well as what to avoid). Adam kindly rearranged some existing work to facilitate a quick start date given that we had minimal heating, and also accommodated our late request to change some of our radiators at the same time. The work was carried out to a high standard, to time and quote, Adam was always polite and friendly and happy to answer questions and give us progress updates throughout. The difference in having a heating a system upgrade that is now appropriate for the size of house and our requirements is amazing. Very happy to recommend Adam.
