Was in the market for a flip-up helmet for touring. BikeStop recently posted that they had the new Shoei NeoTech II helmet in stock, so went to try one. Luckily they had my size in the latest Matt Blue and it fitted perfectly. I was served by Pete and his product knowledge, advice and attention to detail is second to none, he did all the checks to ensure the fit was perfect. Great staff & great service as always. We turned up today to kit our son out from new ahead of his CBT we were served by Fabrizio who immediately set us at ease. Asked what our budget was and set about showing helmets, we agreed from the outset that you should buy the best you can afford but the fit is most important. Various options were tried on and we settled on a Shoie. The colour was not in stock but that was no problem to order for next week collection. Kitten out with boots gloves and great fitting jacket and trousers all was well. We were very pleased with the service and advice which was honest and given from experience. We could not have asked for more.

I had my eye on a Spada Air Force One bomber jacket, popped into my local store and served by Pete who advised me on how the jacket should fit and feel when out riding, I also wanted a back protector, again Pete advised me on what product i should go for, he then fitted the protector for me. What I found great was the mock up bike frame, which enabled me to sit on it and actually feel how the jacket would feel when out riding in the English summer. Pete was friendly, professional and his knowledge was excellent.

Visited bikestop for the first time this afternoon with my wife. We were met by friendly staff at the entrance where we had a cup of tea. We then went upstairs to look at helmets where we were met by a very helpful and knowledgeable salesperson called Tom. He has assisted us with his knowledge of various helmets. This has enabled us to make a decision to return tomorrow. Many thanks.

I needed a new waterproof zip in my Rukka jacket that was still in guarantee, The guarantee mentioned fair where and tear. Sod all that i packed it up and sent it to these guys after asking for a fair quote over the internet. They confirmed with me when it arrived, After the work had been done Martin checked it all over to confirm it had been done to a high standard he then phoned me to arrange delivery day and date, The next day it arrived as per and I couldn't believe how well it had been done First class, The service from these guys is spot on, I was a bit reluctant to send a Rukka Jacket to anywhere other than back to Rukka them selves but not now, the price was good the service top class and the job well done Many thanks. This is why you buy your gear from a proper shop. I had a problem with the internal sun visor on my Schuberth E1 helmet. It had to be sent to the distributor for repairs. Tom & Pete sorted things out quickly and I got my helmet back just a week later.. well done guys, fantastic service.. thanks

Ask for Pete!!! This man is an after sales magician - the absolute Best! My £300 Shark helmet was leaking like a sieve around the visor, and had lost the front vent (disappeared at high speed!) and without a receipt Pete managed to muscle Shark into an FOC renovation after they had flat refused at his 1st attempt. He is persistent, attentive, polite..... and of course I just had to buy a new helmet from him (as well as a Vulcanet pack - which is excellent BTW!). You're a star bro, & I'll be back for sure :)

I purchased a Rukka jacket from Bike Stop and after some use the zip split / ripped. I returned and spoke with Pete. He was incredibly helpful and organised it to be sent of and arranged a loan jacket under the warranty. I was kept informed on the progress and have received the jacket back in like new condition. I then ended up purchasing a pair of Rokker Jeans and again Pete was brilliant and knows his stuff. Top services worth a visit with any repair enquires

Without doubt,and without question, a bike shop where customer satisfaction is served by the bucket loads. I've been to this shop on numerous occasions,and with more visits as of late,due to upgrading my bike gear. I'm very fortunate this shop is a short 30 minute ride away,but even if this shop was a 3 hour ride, it would still be worth the extra distance. As each member of staff is very polite and professional,and I would like to say a special thank you to Tom, who served myself, as he was very patient in my many questions that I asked, and also very knowledgeable on all four items that I purchased, and advised me on fitment etc. Maybe also worth mentioning, that the two guys I spoke to, are bikers, who are very passionate about bikes, and are just as passionate about the merchandise they are selling, which was a breath of fresh air on other outlets I have visited in the past. Definitely ticking all the right boxes, with top marks all round. Just how a bike shop should be

I explained that I was brand new to everything and he showed me all the things I needed while also helping with sizing and showing me different options.
