Blue Flame Service Ltd is a local firm based in Maryport, Cumbria, originally set up by Tim Kemp in 2001 and then in partnership with David Harrison in 2003. Over the past 15 years we have developed and grown into one of Cumbria ’s leading utility contractors providing first class plumbing, heating, electrical and renewable services.

We pride ourselves on our outstanding craftsmanship provided by our highly dedicated and professionally trained staff of 50 comprising of plumbers, heating and electrical engineers.

Our fleet of 25 fully fitted vehicles support all the services we provide covering the whole of Cumbria, Millom to Carlisle, Whitehaven to Penrith.

We cover all aspects of Plumbing, Heating and Electrical. Blue Flame Services are now able to offer boiler finance and Bathroom finance options throughout Cumbria.

Blue Flame can now offer easy payment solutions with 0% APR on all boiler, bathroom and electrical installations.

Gas not emerging from hob and I had concerns about supply unit. Had not realised the safety cut out feature. Staff were helpful, good humoured and checked out whole system to confirm it was safe. Also recommended Avantigas.

Blue Flame renewed the entire heating system in our old house with a large Worcester combi - re-piping the entire system and re-locating the boiler. This was not an easy job, due to the structure and arrangement of the 200 year-old house, but the engineers managed to find ways around piping problems that minimised disturbance to floors and walls. They replaced boards and pipe boxes and cemented holes left behind from the old system. Some mess was inevitable, but the team cleaned up best they could and removed all of the old hardware. They were polite and considerate and happy to discuss the job with us. The job was surveyed expertly, and we had advice and support from the outset. No question was too much trouble, and the engineer was patient and easy to talk to. We chose Blue Flame because of the excellent service we had from them on the old boiler.
