We have just refurbished our newly acquired flat in Beckenham. We had a really old thermostat that needed replacing so we contacted Engin following a neighbour's recommendation. He was really approachable and knowledgeable and suggested to install a Hive smart thermostat which can be controlled remotely via an app. We liked the idea and Engin came round within the following two days to install it. He spent the time to clearly explain every step of the process and the advantages of having a smart thermostat. He was clearly highly experienced and managed to install it very promptly and neatly. We are over the moon with it, it looks great, it's easy to use and it'll definitely help us saving money in the winter by having full control! Price was very reasonable compared to other boiler engineers we'd checked too. Engin is a highly skilled and professional engineer always willing to go the extra mile to help out. We'll definitely go back to him and I highly recommend him!! Thanks Engin!

Engin came out at short notice to fix my boiler. He worked away and got the job done quickly and made sure I understood what had gone wrong and what he done to fix it. He was very professional throughout. I asked him to service the boiler while he was out and he did so. I had originally planned to call out British Gas or Vaillant as I had never needed to get a boiler repair before. I’m so glad I didn’t because Engin was able to come out much sooner and was much cheaper, for a high standard of work. He is clearly very experienced. Engin was transparent about potential costs from the beginning and was true to his word. I will definitely call boiler bunny again next time I need a service or if anything else comes up. I fully recommend!

Complicated repair at short notice

Engin came to our Lewisham flat at short notice and in the agreed time window. The heating installation is unusual and complicated involving a communal heat system and heat exchanger in place of a more usual boiler as a hear source. Although unfamiliar with this particular configuration, Engin worked out systematically how to isolate the defective valve and proceeded to carefully work through the various challenges it presented. He explained clearly the options for repair and the pros and cons of each and was able to complete the repair in a single visit. Price was fair, particularly given the urgency, and charging basis was clearly explained before he came.

Needed to have our boiler serviced and found Boiler Bunny on Google. Engin picked up the phone and the appointment had been booked for the following week. Arrived on time. Clean and polite, took his time to explain various aspects and potential issues. Our boiler stops producing hot water occasionally and Engin contacted the manufacturer to get the flashing code details from them. Everything put in a nice readable report. He also checked the boiler exhaust outside the flat and made recommendations regarding that too. Excellent service and communication! I recommend and will be calling when the time comes to service the boiler again. Michael

It’s January 2021. It’s cold outside. Our heating is working but hot water has stopped for 5 days. Our normal boiler company can’t visit for over 2 weeks. A national boiler install/repair company that advertises hourly on radio can’t visit for over a week. I found Boiler Bunny via Google. Engin picked up the call and instantly started asking questions that were helpful, relevant and useful, endeavouring to identify the issue from the outset. He was able to attend the same afternoon. He arrived when he said he would. He was Covid-ready. Within 10mins he’d confirmed the source of the problem and took his time to competently inform me of the issue and discuss other components of the boiler that were working or nearing the end of their lifespan. He worked longer than his expected timescale yet charged no more. He appears very honest, experienced and genuine. He wasn’t cheap but was similar cost to our other quotes and he was available at short notice. I couldn’t have asked for more, given the circumstances.

I contacted Engin to complete a boiler service for my tenants. Engin’s service was great from the start as he contacted my tenant direct to make arrangements. We received his premium boiler service which was far more thorough than the previous services we have had. He also replaced a part. Engin then called me to discuss what he had done, even sending me some photos and a report. As a landlord we have never had this sort of follow up which really made a difference. I will definitely use him again.

We asked Boiler Bunny to carry out a major boiler service for us after we had a few problems when moving into a new home. Engin replied to our enquiry quickly and had great communication before the appointment, clearly spelling out prices and giving us options of service packs to choose. Everything was great on the day too, and Engin gave clear explanations of what he'd done and what he'd recommend, and our boiler is back working well.
