Engin was efficient, friendly and effective - he arrived on time and carried out the work quickly, keeping me fully informed of what he was doing and how much it would cost. Will definitely use Boiler Bunny again - I picked them as the name made me laugh and I did not regret my decision.

I have nothing but praise for Engin at Boiler Bunny! My central heating wasn't working, although I still had hot water. What could be wrong? Engin came and got to work, diagnosed the problem in short order, and replaced a faulty part. First he told me how much it would cost, including his call-out fee. (He had told me his call-out fee before when I first contacted him.) He had the part with him in his van, as it was a common problem. He was in and out again in well under an hour, and now my house is warm again! Engin was friendly, business-like, and efficient. I would unreservedly recommend him for central heating work.

Engin called before arriving for my appointment for boiler servicing, and then went about his work with no fuss and left the space tidy. He was informative about what he had done, what might later need to be done and when, and friendly but professional. He also sent me a copy of my report by email, and my boiler is making less noise since he visited, which can only be a good thing. I would absolutely book him again.

The usual heating engineer was not available so tried Boiler Bunny. Very impressed and would happily use again.

So, let's get to the point, Boiler Bunny Heating Limited are great, Engin is a professional and thorough boiler engineer. We had a fairly new boiler that had developed a leak, due to the auto air vent, which he diagnosed quickly he didn't have the part with him,( so many boilers, so many parts), So he gave me a time frame for him to get the new part and his availability to complete the repair and a quote for the job, and a boiler service added as well, which was all very fair and reasonable. Throughout our transaction his communication was clear and transparent, he was always professional and friendly and answered any and all my daft questions, The boiler is now fixed and running great, a relief as we were fearful it might of been beyond repair, A great service and a really satisfying experience

Engin did a couple of jobs for us. We had some questions about what had caused our gas leak and he explained this all to us and how it was rectified. He sent over the documentation quickly and was reasonably priced. Would definitely use again for other gas work.

Would add to the long list of great reviews for Engin at Boiler Bunny. My Ideal boiler had a slight leak which he was able to fix whilst also advising me about another issue. He was polite, efficient and 100% reliable. I will be getting him. back to service my boiler and would highly recommend him to there people.

We had all our radiators changed by Engin and we were really pleased with the work he did. From helping us choose the best suited radiators to the installation, everything was done greatly and neatly. We will definitely highly recommend him.

Engin provides a really excellent service. He is on time, fast and diligent. He responds quickly to queries and is always very polite. I have used him twice now and will again if needed.

We have just refurbished our newly acquired flat in Beckenham. We had a really old thermostat that needed replacing so we contacted Engin following a neighbour's recommendation. He was really approachable and knowledgeable and suggested to install a Hive smart thermostat which can be controlled remotely via an app. We liked the idea and Engin came round within the following two days to install it. He spent the time to clearly explain every step of the process and the advantages of having a smart thermostat. He was clearly highly experienced and managed to install it very promptly and neatly. We are over the moon with it, it looks great, it's easy to use and it'll definitely help us saving money in the winter by having full control! Price was very reasonable compared to other boiler engineers we'd checked too. Engin is a highly skilled and professional engineer always willing to go the extra mile to help out. Engin came out at short notice to fix my boiler. He worked away and got the job done quickly and made sure I understood what had gone wrong and what he done to fix it. He was very professional throughout. I asked him to service the boiler while he was out and he did so. I had originally planned to call out British Gas or Vaillant as I had never needed to get a boiler repair before. I’m so glad I didn’t because Engin was able to come out much sooner and was much cheaper, for a high standard of work. He is clearly very experienced. Engin was transparent about potential costs from the beginning and was true to his word. I will definitely call boiler bunny again next time I need a service or if anything else comes up. I fully recommend!

Engin came to our Lewisham flat at short notice and in the agreed time window. The heating installation is unusual and complicated involving a communal heat system and heat exchanger in place of a more usual boiler as a hear source. Although unfamiliar with this particular configuration, Engin worked out systematically how to isolate the defective valve and proceeded to carefully work through the various challenges it presented. He explained clearly the options for repair and the pros and cons of each and was able to complete the repair in a single visit. Price was fair, particularly given the urgency, and charging basis was clearly explained before he came.

Needed to have our boiler serviced and found Boiler Bunny on Google. Engin picked up the phone and the appointment had been booked for the following week. Arrived on time. Clean and polite, took his time to explain various aspects and potential issues. Our boiler stops producing hot water occasionally and Engin contacted the manufacturer to get the flashing code details from them. Everything put in a nice readable report. He also checked the boiler exhaust outside the flat and made recommendations regarding that too. Excellent service and communication! It’s January 2021. It’s cold outside. Our heating is working but hot water has stopped for 5 days. Our normal boiler company can’t visit for over 2 weeks. A national boiler install/repair company that advertises hourly on radio can’t visit for over a week. I found Boiler Bunny via Google. Engin picked up the call and instantly started asking questions that were helpful, relevant and useful, endeavouring to identify the issue from the outset. He was able to attend the same afternoon. He arrived when he said he would. He was Covid-ready. Within 10mins he’d confirmed the source of the problem and took his time to competently inform me of the issue and discuss other components of the boiler that were working or nearing the end of their lifespan. He worked longer than his expected timescale yet charged no more. He appears very honest, experienced and genuine. He wasn’t cheap but was similar cost to our other quotes and he was available at short notice. I couldn’t have asked for more, given the circumstances.

Engin came out to repair our boiler in good time. He explained what work was required and the cost. Repair was carried out as required and he even throw in some extras at no additional charge. I will definitely recommend his service

Engin did our annual service (and rectified a mistake the previous company had made the year before). He was clear about what he was doing, how much it would be and how long it would take.

I contacted Engin to complete a boiler service for my tenants. Engin’s service was great from the start as he contacted my tenant direct to make arrangements. We received his premium boiler service which was far more thorough than the previous services we have had. He also replaced a part. Engin then called me to discuss what he had done, even sending me some photos and a report. As a landlord we have never had this sort of follow up which really made a difference. I will definitely use him again.

We asked Boiler Bunny to carry out a major boiler service for us after we had a few problems when moving into a new home. Engin replied to our enquiry quickly and had great communication before the appointment, clearly spelling out prices and giving us options of service packs to choose. Everything was great on the day too, and Engin gave clear explanations of what he'd done and what he'd recommend, and our boiler is back working well. We're very happy with a professional and reassuring service.

We asked Engin to come over to quote us for a new boiler as we had been told by a previous plumber/engineer that we needed a whole new system as the part we needed to fix our boiler was not available and our boiler was too old. Engin took one look at the boiler and said he could fix it, it was a good boiler and we should be able to get a couple more years out of it. Also that he had the part we needed in his van! Fixed it then and there and gave it a service. Literally saved us £££. Really refreshing to meet someone honest and reliable to work with. Will definitely call on him again in the future.

Very impressive. Tidy, clean and thorough in approach. Engin was very switched on and focused. And went out of his way to help.

The team was particularly helpful during the planning phase, helping us pick the right solution for us, and very efficient during the installation of our new boiler and replacement of 4 old radiators. They did a very good job and we are delighted with the result. Of course, the weather immediately warmed up and we did not need as much central heating at that point... :-)

Engin installed my new boiler after my old one was beyond repair (it was about 20 years old). He was friendly, on time and did a superb job. He finished everything on time and made sure I understood how to use the new thermostat. He even was kind enough to bring an electric fan on the day of the installation of the new boiler, as it had been very cold that day and I was without heating and hot water on the day due to the installation, which I really appreciated.
