Had my boiler serviced today, he turned up before specified time which was great as I wasn’t left hanging about waiting. The man was very friendly, he carried out his service & then explained the thermostat & re set it for me at no extra cost. Very helpful advise & much appreciated. Would highly recommend this company & will definitely use in the future. Thank you once again.

My pool boiler stopped working a couple of weeks ago. Having no joy from the company I usually use, I contacted Boilers 4 Essex. They dispatched an engineer and it was quickly established that the boiler was beyond repair. He explained the various options available with no pressure to use this company. Paul came round and showed me exactly what I would get for my money and arranged for an instilation within two days. Lee and Dan attended and the instilation went without an issue. They were very professional and explained the workings of the new system. They made sure that everything was clean and tidy before they left with the new system running smoothly. I was also reassured that if I had any problem I could phone them and they would be able to resolve it. Lee and Danny arrived punctually to fit a new heating system for my exercise pool. Not entirely straightforward they beavered away till they got it right. I researched local heating engineers with experience of swimming pool heating and checked the gas safe site. The Boilers 4 Essex website suggested a knowledgeable outfit. I requested a consultation regarding upgrading the heating system on a swimming pool to extend the season. A prompt site visit was arranged leading to 2 alternative solutions. The merits of both were discussed over the telephone and a solution was agreed. Contact was maintained up to the installation and all went to plan. The actual installation was completed in a day and it was up and running the same night. The boiler placement and ancillary equipment/piping present a very neat set up.

Sporadic heating or water but not both 17-year-old system on its last legs Arrived on time got to work 1hr and a half later everything working a week later today the coldest weather for two months working perfectly hence title magicians. Can't wait to get them to install New boiler to complete house refurbishment. Well done again.
