Darren’s advice and knowledge with planning home improvement work was excellent. We had a kitchen fitted, removal non structural wall to make kitchen dinning area, vinyl flooring throughout, new internal doors fitted and renovation of shower room. All work was carried out to a high standard by professional and friendly workers. (special thanks to Aron and Steven ) We are very pleased and satisfied with the finished work and would highly recommend.

Darren and his team completed a full bathroom renovation the week before Christmas. Despite coming across other issues (the full bathroom floor needed to be replaced), the work was completed on time and on budget. The whole process was seamless and extremely well organised. The team were friendly, polite and professional. They took care with our home and ensured mess and upheaval were minimal. Darren kept in contact throughout the whole process ensuring we were happy at each stage of the refit. We were so impressed we are now having Darren and his team redesign our kitchen.

Darren is a very smart boiler engineer. He installed 2 boilers - one in our house and one in a rental flat we own. He was efficient, on time and on budget. The guys did some kitchen fitting too. Sensible, responsible and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Darren and his team installed my new boiler . I had a very old boiler and wanted a new combi one. Darren came out and had a look and sent me an estimate the next day. The price was great and I went ahead with the installation. Darren gave me a date that suited me and 2 lovely guys arrived bang on time that day to start. Now I know having had work done previously in this house that it is usually a nightmare doing anything and usually fitters end up having nothing but problems!! But these guys were amazing! They came in and got started and nothing was too much trouble. They had my brand new boiler fitted the same day. They cleaned up after them and were so courteous throughout. Darren was back the next morning to check everything and make sure I was happy and knew how to work the controls etc. My final price was the same as had been estimated. If you are thinking of having a boiler installed, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Darren and his team! You will be in good honest and trustworthy hands.

I had a problem with my heating, so I contacted this company and received a quick response. The problem was found and resolved quickly and professionally at a reasonable price, was very easy to talk to and very polite, will definitely use again.

Bathrooms and boilers should be your first port of call if doing any works in your house or garden. They don’t just do “bathrooms and boilers”! Last month they did a full kitchen renovation for me and were totally outstanding. Every member of the team were good at their job, fully understanding of the job in hand and communicated well with me as we went along. A special shout out to Steven and Aaron who were very easy to have in my house for two weeks while doing the works. They were very professional and very easy to discuss matters in hand. The quality of their joinery is excellent. And also to Darren (the boss) who came every single day too oversee the project.

Needed a replacement gas central heating boiler as the old one came out of the arc. Of the 4 suppliers we contacted (from Which? Trusted Trader website) only 2 responded. Darren, from Boiler & Bathrooms were first to attend site and impressed us with his knowledge and courtesy. The work was subsequently completed on time and to our satisfaction. There was a minor issue with a cracked kitchen unit plinth which was resolved satisfactorily. On the whole we were very happy with the installation and level of service provided by Darren and Mark who was polite, competent and hard working, finishing a complicated installation in 2 days.

From the minute I contacted the company everything went to plan. They arrived on time prepared the area where they were working got on with the job on completion, they left the area spotless. It was a pleasure having them in my home it is always a worry when you're getting a job like a new boiler installed. This company certainly deserved 5 Starts

Our whole bathroom had to be refitted due to my husbands mobility issues. Darren did all the planning and had to contend with numerous setbacks and additions to the scheduled work e.g. replacing the floorboards and the ceiling. He took each 'disaster' in his stride and kept us calm with his great patience and good humour. The finished result was more that we could have hoped for and was completed to an excellent standard. We can't thank Darren enough or rate his work highly enough.

Had boiler serviced--first class --engineer arrived exactly as agreed and service carried out to a high standard and reasonable price.

Replacement boiler and new pipiwork system was installed with care, efficiency and safety regarding covid 19 measures. From our first meeting I had confidence in Darren especially when he understood immediately my concerns about needing to lift and replace flooring. Darren and his team carried out a complete renovation of our bathroom, en suite and cloakroom as well as remedial work on our boiler. The quote we received was very competitive and there were no hidden extras. We got a few quotes to get a new boiler and move it from the upstairs bedroom downstairs to the kitchen. We got a very good price from Boilers and Bathrooms and decided to go with them, they came to install it and put wrap down to keep eveything tidy and were very considerate of our two kittens we recently adopted. They were in and out within two days and kept us up to date with what was happening. When it came to payment they were glad to accept our scottish grant payment which took about a month to finalise after work was finished. Very happy we went with Boilers and Bathrooms as they were fast and friendly the price they quoted was the price we paid, near a year after and nothing wrong with the boiler so reliable as well. wouldnt hesitate to reccomend again

This company had replaced the boiler in our neighbour’s house and had come highly recommended to us, so we offered them the chance to quote for our boiler replacement. Their price was extremely competitive but what really impressed us was the manner which both Darren and Mark conducted themselves when we met them. They were clearly very knowledgeable on the subject of boiler installation and were courteous and friendly too, which made the decision to give them the job an easy one. Dates to start and complete the work were agreed and there were a couple of contacts to keep in touch in the intervening weeks. The job was started and finished on time and was completed to an extremely high standard. The boiler provided was of top quality and came with a 12 year guarantee. The guys were punctual, polite, tidy and friendly at all times during the work, not to mention trustworthy. They made good suggestions for solutions to any difficulties that were encountered and kept us informed of the progress of the work. They also demonstrated flexibility to suit ourselves when required. Most impressive was that they also resolved a few other issues that we had been having, such as low water pressure in the house, at no extra cost and were always concerned that we were happy with how the work was progressing. The plasterer that often works with them, Gerry, was also an excellent workman and completed the re-instatement work to a very high standard. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Our 26 year old boiler stopped working properly so we needed a new one before the winter. Of three heating engineers contacted only Darren of boilers&bathrooms arrived. He checked the system, gave us details of three options and recommended a combi-boiler and we took his advice. He could not start the job immediately due to other work but he and Mark arrived dead on 8am a week later as arranged. They worked into the evening to ensure we had heating and hot water, showed us how to operate the system and left at 7pm. At 8am next day they were back to finish the job and tidy up. A big job was completed in two days as promised. I'm delighted with the system, have had no problems with it and was pleased with competitive price. Cannot fault them on anything.

After experiencing too many tradesmen thinking a date of work is just a guesstimate so good to find one that "does what it says on the tin". Boiler broke Saturday. Found boilers & bathrooms website and reviews Sunday. Emailed Sunday, got call Monday morning fixed appointment that day turned up quote received Monday evening... checked price of boiler. Reasonable....accepted quote. Work finished Thursday as promised. Lovely installation at good price. Highly recommended. Would give 6 stars if i could.

Our relationship with Darren started when he rescued us from freezing to death due to breakdown of our old boiler - appreciating our suffering Darren came to us at short notice and on a Sunday morning to fix it. From this first exchange we went on to install a new boiler, new central heating system, two new build bathrooms and refurb of two existing bathrooms. We asked Darren to quote for work we required after being impressed by his installation in a family members property. His quote was very fair and the work was completed ahead of schedule. Our boiler was replaced by a new combi system and he ensured we had heating before he left as the work was done on the coldest day of the year.Our cloakroom and ensuite shower were also replaced efficiently. Darren and Mark have just installed a gas combi-boiler for us and they completed the work within 2 days with the minimum of disruption. They were both very pleasant to have in your home, worked extremely hard and left no mess at the end of each day. The work was completed to the agreed schedule and budget. When we had an issue with a tap not turning off Darren travelled a distance in very bad weather to repair it free of charge although this problem was due to old fixtures and had nothing to do with the installation of the combi-boiler. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Had a very old back boiler changed over to a combi boiler new radiator and an old radiator replaced The work was done in the agreed time scale and agreed price. Communication and timekeeping were excellent i.e arrived when he said he would. Very polite and efficient. Darren made sure to let me know when we would be without heat etc as I had two young kids. I decided to stay at my parents during the work as it was easier he kept me completely up to date with how things were going. When I went to the flat to tidy up for us to do some painting after the boiler had been fitted there was no tidying to everything had been sorted already. Took time to show me how all the controls worked. Had a question a couple of weeks later and got a reply straight away. Heating is working perfectly made a huge difference this winter. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company to friends or family.

Darren came out to look at the job then provided a fully comprehensive quote. After getting a few other quotes we decided to go ahead with Darren and glad we did. He got the job done and left the house tidy afterwards. He explained how to work the new boiler controls and set it all up for us. We asked him for advice on various other ideas while he was here and he provided plenty of sound advice about the kitchen and bathroom. We have recommended him to friends and family already and he continues to provide an excellent service.

My old boiler died and i have a new one fitted now all within 4 days. Arrived on time. Did a great job and even cleaned up after themselves. They had to go and get something from the plumber's merchants in Glasgow because of the thickness of the walls and would not charge me for it. They even fixed my toilet. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

My two bathrooms (family bathroom including bath and separate shower area and upstairs shower room) were completely replaced in under two weeks, to an excellent standard, with minimal inconvenience to us. We called out Boilers and Bathrooms when a pipe burst between the ground floor and 1st floor of our house as this is a local company and I’m so glad I did. The water damage was excessive, requiring a lot of work to be carried out which Darren project managed for us. We required a plasterer, painter, tiler, wooden floor fitting and a new downstairs loo. Darren gave us fantastic advise which helped us to negotiate with the loss assessor, challenge other quotes (some had huge gaps in the scope) and finally completed an amazing project over 2 weeks. His, and his teams, attention to detail was fantastic and everything was carried out with clear open communication. I can not recommend Boilers & Bathrooms highly enough, not just for smaller boilers or bathroom projects but large scale refurbishments as well. Far more than 5 star service and would be the only company I’d use again.

Darren and his team installed a complete new bathroom for me. The work was carried out to a very high standard and was completed earlier than planned. Darren offered great advice during the installation and kept me informed all the way through. I did have a problem with the shower tray I had ordered which was not Darren’s fault, but he resolved this straight away without any hassle,going above and beyond to sort this out.
