He kept in touch by email and phone prior to the day. He cleaned as he went and during & after finishing removed the old materials. He also provided the aftercare information I needed for the new boiler. Good tradesmen are hard to find and he was exceptional. I cannot fault the work at all - the work was outstanding. I found Boilers South London just through a google search and got them round for a quote on a new boiler. When they came they were really helpful with information about boilers on the market and were able to provide me with a few quotes to choose from at different price points and recommendations. I booked in to get one fitted and he was able to come 2 days later, spent the day removing the old one and fitting the new one. He tidied up after himself and provided a great service. He even fitted me a new plug in my hallway for the thermostat which I was really happy about as didn't have a plug there before. Having purchased a dilapidated house to move into, we decided to replace the very noisy open vent boiler with a modern high efficiency one, keeping to the open vent design. We chose a Viessmann Vitodens 100W - a Which Best Buy - and found Al on the company's web-site as an accredited installer. The plus point was that Boilers South London had a Which Trusted Trader accreditation that has a far more stringent vetting process than some other accreditors whom we have found have on their books a number of 'scammers'. Our first appointment with Al consisted of a thorough survey of the gas, heating circuits, radiators and hot water tank. All were fine except for the need to modify the size of the gas pipe feed. Al recommended the boiler power rating - 26Kw - we would need as well as the fitting of a Magnetic Filter. Al's quote for the work was very competitive and his Invoice clearly laid out. Come day of the removal of the old boiler and installation of the new one, we were very pleased with Al's way of working, keeping everything tidy and his use of a wide variety of proper tools to do the work. The messy gas, drain and heating pipework to the new boiler was re-sized, re-routed and installed to a very acceptable standard. In the commissioning process, having installed the controller and room thermostat, Al spent nearly 2 hours ensuring every part of the hot water and heating circuits were free of air. So, thank you very much Al; you're a 5 star engineer at a 5 star company.

Al installed a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler and removed the old system with tank and cylinder. He was very efficient, tidy and provided us with a competitive quote. Highly recommended.

Al from Boilers South London Ltd replaced my ancient boiler a little over a year ago and has just carried out the first annual service. The boiler has run without any problems. The installation was carried out on the date arranged and Al worked on into the evening to ensure completion despite a delayed arrival. I found him to be knowledgeable and pleasant throughout. Al replaced a very old boiler and heating system, and put in a combi boiler and new radiators. His quote was the best I received and the standard of his work and aftercare is good. He even fitted a new hob and did a couple of other bits of pieces for no extra charge. He is easy to communicate with and trustworthy. We have had a couple of teething problems with the new system, but he came over to fix things quickly.

After we moved into our first flat, we discovered the existing boiler was nearly 20 years old. When choosing a company to install a new boiler, Al took us through what we should consider in choosing the right boiler, and answered all of our questions.
